Prolly one of my favorite gummy supplements! Just has the best texture! Good flavor, too, if you like grape :) Best of all, I have a lot less pain in my knee joints since starting them! Hair is finally growing out too!

I have used Vital Proteins powders before and loved the results, but I found these gummies are much easier to take consistently. Some reviewers have not cared for the smell/taste: while I agree the smell in the bottle is on the strong side (maybe a little bit chemically?) the gummies themselves just have a strong concord grape flavor. Don't sniff the bottle and you'll be fine. Results-wise, I found the gummies to be similar to the powder. They really give my hair growth a nice boost and my skin looks extra glowy when I take VP collagen. I take the recommended dose first thing in the morning and I feel it gives me a nice boost of energy. This two pack was a terrific deal!

They taste great. I treat them as a little snack! And they are collagen. I feel like my joints have aches less since I started. And my nails look nicer. Can I say for sure this is due to the gummies? No. But I like them! And collagen seems like something I’d like to have more of in my diet. So I’m all for this stuff!

I started taking collagen supplementation after bariatric surgery to help improve skin tightness. I can't say for sure that this is necessarily helping with skin tightness, but I will continue to take it proactively.The cost / value is great -- low cost per gummy from an established brand. I can't say I like the taste, though -- the texture is extremely tough and the flavor is especially artificial. Nothing wrong with this but I will try another brand for my next order.

I've been taking these consistently for 2 months now. I can tell my nails grow fast and have been less fragile. It wasn't until the other day when I saw my hair stylist that I realized what a difference it made for my hair. She's been doing my hair for years and was amazed how much it had grown since my last appointment in March. She also commented on how full and shiny it looked and said it's looked the best it's ever looked in the 3 years she's been doing my hair. She said all this w/o knowing I was taking anything. It has to be these gummies since I haven't changed anything else about my routine. I'm sad they don't seem to be selling them on Bolo anymore or else I'd totally buy again. I've definitely noticed way less hair coming out in the shower and when I brush. Idk if it's done anything for my skin. I suppose it feels softer. Hard to tell, but I think it's worth it for the hair and nail benefits I've seen.

I’ve been using these for a few years. They work so well for hair health. My hair feels healthier. And I have curly, fine, dry, bleached, frizzy hair naturally.So I stopped taking for 6 months and noticed a huge difference. My hair wasn’t happy anymore.So needless to say, I’m not going to stop. Taste is good. Super gummy. Have to take 4- but I don’t mind. Recommended to everyone.

The serving size is 4 gummies. They smell disgusting but they do not taste as bad as they smell. I haven’t used the product long enough to see if I notice any changes. (I have only had the product for 1 day)

I must say that I loved the capsule version of the vital collagen. They were very effective..the gummies,not so much. I take them regularly and they don’t taste bad but the just don’t work as well😒
