Best eyeliner I've used yet and I've used about all of them! Goes on easily. Not hard or rough when applying but not a consistency that it will break either. It makes a nice fine line that you can control when applying.

The product itself did not cause me any allergic reactions, which was my main concern; unfortunately the pencil itself is too brittle, and the tip breaks easily, even under the slightest pressure. I have already waisted a lot of it because of that, and the high price is not making it a worthwhile purchase.
