This product is a miracle! I was having a hard time with brain fog and remembering things, especially after pregnancy. I read somewhere that mushrooms can help so I did some research and found this product on Bolo. It had good mushroom options and mg levels and the reviews seemed positive. So I ordered it and started taking two pills a day.My mom asked me if I felt any different and even though it had only been two days it was a definite "yes". No hesitation. I could actually think! And remember things! It was like a whole new world opened up.I was so ecstatic about the change that I recommended it to my mom. After two days she was hooked and got my dad involved. They ended up trying a different brand (a Costco/Sams Club version) that had more pills and was cheaper. But it didn't last. They said they noticed the difference between taking those pills and these. So once they finished their bottle, they went back to this product. We've all been taking them ever since.Whenever someone has a moment of forgetfulness, we always joke now "did you forget to take your mushrooms this morning?"Seriously great product! if you are on the fence, just try. You will notice a difference very quickly. :)

I don’t like the way sea Moss taste so I searched for an alternative to sea moss in which I found out about the benefits of Mush rooms and I must say this product is amazing .. I have a boost of energy I feel healthy I love it

I tried these and was actually worse off than without them. They may just affect different people in different ways, though. Maybe I should try a different brand with caffeine in it.For me, the effect I got from these was a very calm and relaxed feeling, which was great and all... but as far as mental clarity I actually felt like my focus was worse. Almost like I was too calm and relaxed to think creatively or problem solve. I took them for about 2 weeks and during that time I could not get any work done, I just kept drawing a blank while trying to work on programming and game dev projects.Once I stopped taking them and gave them a few days to wear off, I now have my ability to focus better and get work done again.I would say definitely give them a try! They simply may not have been for me or my body's chemical balance. It's a great value compared to other focus enhancing supplements and it can't hurt to try them. Just be aware that you may be affected differently than others.If they do indeed help with your focus, they are worth 5-stars. For me, though, they did not help my focus or energy levels but instead gave me an extreme sense of calm and relaxation. If I purchased them for the purpose of feeling more relaxed and calm or for anti-anxiety then I would have give them 5-stars. The only reason I gave 3-stars is because they did not help me with my focus and energy.
