I HATE buying mascara!!!! Each buy is Disappointment in a Tube!! I only decided to try This particular mascara because of a co-worker, who raved about this one, as well as Better Than Sex (which I didn't care for as much). When it arrived, I actually threw it in the make-up drawer, where it sat for a week waiting for me to try it. So...the first application was not impressive, and my emotions and thought process went Immediately to "yet another disappointment". The 2nd attempt was slightly better, but by the 3rd day, and every day since, I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the results!!!! Buying mascara for many years (in my just over mid-70's), is quite telling as to the amount of mascara I bought...from quite cheap, to outrageously expensive. I'm very familiar with the crap out there. I am using Prime Prometics Forever!!! Well.......you know. (just over mid 70's) THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A LIE.....TRUST IT....BUY IT!!!!!!

I decided to try this mascara even though I have been using the same brand for 40 something years ha. Well when I put it on I was absolutely shocked at the difference! It really does lengthen and thicken your lashes and I am a senior now so mine have become quite skimpy. Definitely going to use this for all our special occasions and any other time I feel like being glamourous;)

So this mascara really does make my lashes look longer and I like that. However, more often than not it leaves marks on my eyelids and I am constantly checking for the smudges. I don’t know if it just takes awhile to dry or if it’s just the formula. I am on the fence about ordering again but probably won’t. It’s not worth the aggravation.

I had almost given up trying mascara. My lashes are very fine due to aging. Most mascaras I've tried would clump and it was difficult if not impossible to apply a second coat. This mascara is a game changer! My lashes actually show up without clumps! I love it! It's also easy to remove with soap/cleanser and water. I hope they never change the formula. Just give it a try.

I’m 63, eyelashes thinning and worse my eyes started watering- especially right eye- whenever I put makeup on. I stopped wearing eyeliner and mascara unless absolutely necessary and was always irritated and tearing.I am THRILLED with this mascara- and the Prime eyeliner crayons too!!! I apply both of them and instead of eyes instantly tearing and turning red - PEACE. My eyes love this makeup. Makes me look so much prettier! I am also thrilled that the eyeliner and mascara STAY PUT ALL DAY. I look in the mirror after TEN hours of wear and no flakes, smudges, smears. It’s really miraculous.Here’s the most crazy thing. I am a hot yoga instructor. It’s a hot September. I meant to take the makeup off before teaching this afternoon because all the waterproof mascaras I tried in the hot humid yoga room before I stopped wearing makeup for the aforementioned reasons always ran like I was crying black tears after an hour in the hot room. Not a good look for the yoga instructor. But the Prime mascara and liner, which I applied 8 hours earlier, was still so comfortable on my eyes I forgot to remove it. I remembered after the class, and when I looked in the mirror all the makeup was still perfectly in place! Not even a flake!!I am a bargain shopper - this makeup is worth every penny.

I have tried the brown and blue eyeshadow from Prime Prometics and do not remember experiencing this problem. The black mascara is so difficult to remove that I have lost many eyelashes trying to carefully remove it. I even bought the Prime Prometics Make up Remove and it was no better than any other make up removers I had used. Using cotton rounds soaked in their solution I held this on my lashes to give it a moment to saturate. Lots of black chunks of mascara, some including eyelashes, and then a black film left around my eyes. I then had to use an additional face cleanser to remove all that. I am very disappointed as I had hoped I could believe their mascara would keep my lashes healthy and growing. Not the case for me.

Seems to be good on both accounts. Just used it today for the first time. Moisture and little clumping;I don't think it's a whole lot better than others that I have tried. Was hoping for AWESOME, but I would say, just good.

I'm loving this mascara. I'm 68 and my eyelashes are almost nonexistent compared to when I was young. The mascara I've been using for years just seemed goopy on my lashes even though I was careful not to use it to many times before throwing away. This is very creamy but not smeary. Goes on beautifully smooth and actually makes it look like I have eyelashes again. I'm glad I stumbled on to this and will purchase again.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect. It goes on very nicely, the brush holds on to enough mascara that when being applied, doesn’t end up going on too thick or clumpy. A gentle wiggle back and forth and up, when applying gives the best results with very nice length and thickness. I didn’t need to apply a second coat. I was also not wanting to end up with TOO much length as I wear glasses and there’s nothing more annoying then when your mascara ends up rubbing against your glasses and leaves little specs. It stays put very nicely and it comes off very easily. I’m not a fan of using my fingers to rub mascara off my lashes so I did 2 tests. I used micellar makeup remover on one eye and it cleaned up very nicely…no raccoon leftover smudges. The other eye, didn’t use a remover before hand but went ahead and washed my face with a micellar cleanser and the end result was that my eyes were both cleaned properly and no raccoon look.

WELL --- being a lady of 'a certain age' I was intrigued by the advertising for ' make-up for the over 50's' , and could not resist the stories I'd heard about the wonders of this mascara . So I decided to order one --just to prove that it would not work for everyone !Product arrived -- love the smart packaging , by the way , and couldn't wait to open it and put it to the test on my lashes .First coat --- and I my usual sceptical self was telling me that " I knew it wouldn't work on me " --- second coat on and that's when it happened ! I looked in the mirror --eyelashes ! But not just any old eyelashes -- fluttery , curling , wonderful eyelashes ! Sceptical me crept in again --" it won't last " she said . But -- how wrong was she !? Four hours later -- wonderful lashes still there , along with youthful looking eyes ( well --as youthful as 77 year old eyes are ever likely to look !) and a ' lifted' look to the whole face . AND -- sceptical me was wrong again --it DID wash off easily , and gently , at the end of the day .What a way to take 10 years off your appearance , and 30 years off your spirits . It's fantastic stuff ! Come on ladies of ' a certain age ' -- give it a try -- you won't be sorry ! The results justify the price tag !In the words of the old 1938 song -- " Jeepers Creepers , where d'ya get those peepers .... where d'ya get those eyes ?" WOW !

Terrible product
I am a senior and have worn mascarw since I was 14yrs.old. Over the years I have tried numerous brands--cheap and expensive. Prime mascara is the worst I have ever used.It appears to go on and thicken and lengthen, but in a few seconds pulls together and causes many lashes to stick together. You can't layer on lashes like that. It dries like cement and you are unable to separate lashes with a lash comb for fear of pulling out some of them. If you even blink, some of the upper and lower lasheswill stick together.I gave it two good tries and then threw it out What a WASTE.
