This thing is garbage, I read the bad reviews and figured I give it a try. This time they were correct. The spray nozzle didn't work, the setup was very tiresome, batteries kept falling out, this is a piece of crap. Don't believe me? Buy it and see for yourself, it's not worth the frustration!

I've used the dispensers that come with the kits you can buy with the refills, but decided to give this one a try because lately some of the cans they're selling don't seem to fit as well in those and sometimes won't work.This dispenser secures the cans by the neck, rather than relying on them sitting on a platform. This design allows the cans to work perfectly, even if they are slightly shorter.It also allows you to program on and off times, so that it's not spraying during times when no one would be in the room (i.e. downstairs powder room during the night). This will save money over time because the refills will last much longer. You can also program the spray interval to anything from 1 to 60 minutes.Settings were fairly easy and straightforward. The manual mentions that the unit will 'beep' to confirm button presses, but mine does not. I have a similar unit like this by a different manufacturer that does beep, so not sure if this is by design or a defect, but in any case does not impact operation.It uses D batteries, so they will likely last for years, since they seem to last much longer than AA batteries in other things I have.The unit is a bit longer than the typical dispensers, but does have a modern, sleek appearance. The only thing I slightly dislike about it is that is has a lock that you have to insert into the side and then keep track of the little plastic key that operates it. They say that the lock is 'optional', but if you don't put that little plug into the dispenser it will have a huge hole in the side that looks terrible. It's easy enough to insert and remove with the included key, but if you lose it that will cause you grief.It is much quieter when it sprays than the cheap ones, which is nice.All things considered, I am happy with this product, especially because it will save me money on these expensive refills over time.

Troppo bellino le istruzioni alla fine si seguono tranquillamente, bisogna leggere un po' ma se ci son riuscita io ci potete riuscire tutti, sapendo l'inglese! Ho programmato subito 5 spruzzi uno al minuto per verificarlo ed ha funzionato subito, ne ho ordinato subito un altro anche per l'altro bagno perché è veramente carino anche da vedere!!!!bombolette e batterie (modello D) non sono incluse ma le comprate sempre su Bolo tranquillamente, io ho preso le glade da 269 ml e si inseriscono benissimo (metto foto), il prezzo complessivo non è bassissimo ma sinceramente ne vale la pena per avere un bagno sempre bello profumato, lo adoro grazieeeeee
