I got these for an overseas trip to France, where it was going to be below zero. I have a HUGE issue with my hands getting overly cold and staying that way, and I was looking for small hand warmers that would get VERY warm but would fit inside my gloves comfortably.I got these about a week before my trip, but as soon as I tried to use the included cable to plug them in, the USB-A portion of the cable just snapped off. These cables are semi-specialized, because it goes from USB-A to a split dual USB-C (so that you can charge both warmers at the same time).The warmers themselves worked fine, so I contacted the seller directly to see if they could just send me a replacement cable, but only if it could arrive within the week (so I'd have it before my trip), otherwise I'd go through Bolo to try to get a replacement before the trip. I would have gone through Bolo immediately, but I wanted to give the seller the opportunity to handle it outside of Bolo since it would probably be cheaper for them and better for their Bolo reputation (not to have to do an exchange).They contacted me back within the day to tell me they'd replace the cable and ship it so it definitely came before I left. Instead of just a cable, they send me an entirely new set of hand warmers, and it did indeed come before I left. What's more, when I got back from my vacation I had another package from them ... which included TWO MORE sets of warmers. So now I have four sets. They really went above and beyond to make a small issue right, so I have a ton of appreciation for that.Now, on to the product itself. They get VERY hot on the max level (so much so that it's almost too hot to tough with bare skin, which is great for situation where you're using with some barrier between your skin and the warmer). They fit comfortably in my gloves and they lasted me my full outside time each day I used them (so long as I diligently turned them off when I was back inside).They did take a long time to charge, so I recommend planning to charge them overnight between each use. But charging time was my only nit to pick with these. They were perfect for what I needed, and were easy to pack / travel with. I'm glad I have four sets now to share with friends / family when I travel!

They work exactly as advertised, I actually wasn’t expecting to work as well as they did work but I was really surprised.We bought them originally for our son for 7on7 football practice here in Utah, we get a lot of snow and most days it was below freezing. He puts them in his hand warmer pouch and sometimes just in his pockets. Playing quarterback in freezing temps is hard when your hands get cold, he never complained of cold hands after we bought them for him.We have used them in multiple situations though, from my son in football, to snow shoveling, sitting at tournaments, at the gym coming in from the cold, kids take them to school for recess and on and on. My hands have stayed warm or have been warmed up almost immediately whereas before I just had cold hands for hours.The battery life is as expected and they charge up really quickly. They stay charged up off of a single charge for about a week if only using them 40-60 minutes per day and charge up in about an hour I think.The heating setting work to perfection, the low setting gives you longer life and are warm enough to keep your hands warm on a cold day. The middle setting will keep your hands nice and warm especially while pulling them back out into the elements. The high setting will keep your finger extremely warm but will drain the battery quicker, but if it’s cold it will warm your hands up in seconds.The buttons are easy to use, hold it initially to turn it on and off, hold it for 2-3 seconds to check battery life, push/tap to change the heat setting.I would recommend theses to everyone considering them, this is a must have 5 star purchase.

We have a set of these for the spring sports season. They charge quickly and for a long time. There are three different heat settings for your comfort. The baseball team loves to have these for those cold games.

These warm up within seconds. Actually, I found the lowest setting to be almost too warm when held in a room at normal temperature. According to the website, this temperature is deliberate due to earlier complaints about the heat level during cold sports. Here in North Carolina, it may be more than typically necessary. I will have to see. The units fit nicely in my hands. The manual online is a bit confusing to me about the indications from the various combinations of color and flash among the three LEDs on the unit.

We love our hand warmers! My sister and I got one as a birthday gift and immediately used it during our day trip to Central Park in NYC. It was the most surprising gift. Our hands were so warm and I loved that I could control the amount of heat using the 3 modes. When my sister’s battery was running low because she didn’t charge her full as I did before we left, she charged it through the USB port while in a restaurant. It’s small enough to fit in my purse or pocket. There are safety features that make it OK to place in my pocket. A full charge can last up to 16 hours! I’m totally happy with mine and I recommend it.
