The upper elements stopped heating up. I submitted a support request, after being amazed that there is a 2 year warranty. After I submitted the support request, I wound up unplugging then plugging the oven back in, and the elements started working again. I notified support, and they said that because it was still under warranty, they would replace it. I had to cut the power cord and send in a picture for them to start the replacement, so although it broke my heart, I did it, and my new unit is on the way. I usually use the air fryer toaster oven multiple times a day, so I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for it to arrive. I think it is a great product, backed up by great customer service.Original review:I love how many functions this oven has. The toasting works great, just test the different settings to find the toasting degree that is just what you want. For us, setting 4-5 toasts just right. Air frying has worked great. I use a small piece of foil to make a "pan" for a burger or other item that will be messy, drippy or hard to flip on the air frying basket. French fries come out great and I can put them in next to the burgers so they both finish at the same time. The size of the cooking area inside is great for us (two of us), and overall dimensions fit our counter top fine. Just be mindful that you may need to be open to checking that your assumed cooking times are actually matching what is happening in the oven. I haven't had any cooking mishaps, but I'm also mindful to keep an eye on what I'm making. Oh, and the wireless notifications to my phone when something is preheated or done is fine, I find it kind of funny. The beep could be louder though, as I'm not so accustomed to be "partnered" with my phone when cooking, and I usually just monitor what I'm cooking anyway. Nice documentation is provided with the oven also. Very happy with this purchase, and I hope it lasts a long time.

I was looking for a multi-purpose air-fryer and this one fit my list. As described, there are various options to bake, air-fry, etc.*I was willing to pay a little more to have one that would last for a long time. This Cosori is very sturdy and well made.*I love that there is a removable catch tray at the bottom that can be cleaned. One small con is when I tried to cover it with foil, it wouldn't go back in place. I had to fold back the sides but this is acceptable.*the buttons are logical, minimal, which is good. I dislike that there is not an on/off button.*side note, the front is glass, which I prefer, but it gets very hot (not like regular oven glass). My daughter had to clean off some plastic from a package of sliced bread that was too close. It came right off with water and baking soda.*I thought the recipe book was a good idea (available with a QR code) - but it had a cost attached (bad idea with $ already spent on item).Overall, the design is user friendly and cooks well. I like it.

I replaced my basket style air fryer with this toaster oven/air fryer combo. So far I'm very happy.Pros:-Versatile for the counter space. It has 3 grooves, and comes with an air fry basket, baking rack, and baking sheet. You can slide the baking sheet right under the basket or rack to use as a crumb tray if you want. I've used it both as an air fryer and as a spare oven, and each time it's done the job quite well.-There is an invisible crumb tray to slide out from the very bottom (under the door). However, I keep the baking sheet on the lowest groove so I've never needed it.-Fits under my upper cabinet with several inches to spare. It says you need to pull it out from the cabinet to operate, but for me personally it's not been a problem. It does emit some heat, and my cabinet above gets warm but not hot to the touch.- Doesn't take a lot of extra space around it. You wouldn't want to butt in right up to a wall, but I have about 2" around the sides and back, and again, there's some heat but not concerning for me. It doesn't require any special heat pad to protect the counter either.-Door lays flat when you open it. This should be a no-brainer, but surprisingly some toaster oven/air fry combos don't do this.-Much quieter than my basket style air-fryer. It's not silent, but neither the fan nor the beeps are obnoxious.-You can turn the fan on or off.-Many standard baking size pans fit. The inside is about 12x12. A lot of disposable foil pans fit, even the Costco 1/4 steamer pan.-I've been able to double stack air frying by laying a metal cooling rack on top of the rack or baking sheet in the middle groove. It worked pretty well, but I do need to turn and move food around half way through.Cons:-It takes a while to figure out the controls. It's really not very intuitive, and even after you think you're done, there's an extra button to push.-It won't hold a standard 13" cake pan. (12" really is the max). I'd like to buy an extra fry basket and baking sheet, but I've not yet found one.-If the oven is full, it doesn't cook as evenly as a standard oven.-I've read about people having problems with it running too hot and things burning, but my experience is that it runs a little lower than my standard oven. YMMV.-No rotisserie.-There is about a 5 minute preheat period (as opposed to a basket style air fryer that's instant).-It does emit some heat, especially the front glass, so it's not necessarily effective as a way to avoid warming up the house from the oven. The front glass gets *very* hot, enough to burn anyone who touched it.I've not yet tried the app, broiler, or making toast. I usually line the tray or basket with foil or parchment, so clean up hasn't been an issue. Overall, it fits my needs and I'd recommend it!

I've had this for almost two years, and I use it for just about everything—cooking eggs and bacon, air frying or baking chicken for Mexican or Cajun dishes, making burgers, barbecue chicken legs, Cajun shrimp, pizzas, and even steaks and fish. It handles almost anything except soups, stews, stir-fries, pasta, and rice, though you could probably find a way to make it work. This appliance is incredibly versatile—I barely use my full-size oven or grill anymore because this is so much more convenient, and the food comes out fantastic. With all its features, it replaces multiple kitchen appliances. It’s easy to clean, made of stainless steel (no Teflon), and is an overall great addition to any kitchen. Highly recommend!

In-depth feedback - *Outdated Model* Cosori 26Quart convection oven/airfryer, 2year Warranty
This is the older model of two that are currently on Bolo under the same name but different listings yet this one is more expensive, outdated and should be avoided because the other one is better. Confusingly, the product images/descriptions are identical and also outdated because there's now a power button and different labelling for both. The only function this model has differently is a SHAKE button that signals with a beep at half the timer and it's missing automatic preheat.The large digital display is really appreciated because they're often too small or not well lit. Pressing the MENU button lets the dial scroll the different modes, TIME and TEMP lets you scroll your settings, when the dial is pushed in it starts/pauses the oven and automatic preheat will beep when heated and the timer starts and beeps again when complete. It heats quickly to max 450F but also dehydrator and ferment levels of 80F and the fan can be toggled to full on all the modes allowing "air fry" convection heat to whatever temperature or element pattern, six total used differently ie. two bottom/two top on bake, four top on air fry etc.The build quality is excellent with a thick brushed stainless steel frame on all sides, actually identical to a Frigidaire model still available (who is making it?). Heat insulation is perfect without any problems to laminate cabinets on the sides or top, even within an inch. There's also insulation strips layered between the door but you'll notice forward heat coming out the crumb tray, maybe intentionally for flow. It's important to mention a review reporting the interior roof metal warping but it's the first thing I tested and didn't see any issue.The non-stick coated tray can be cooked with but I think works better as an oil pan placed below the air frying tray or rack tray to avoid getting the crumb tray and bottom elements dirty, you can also line the crumb tray with foil. Because non-stick will scratch and deteriorate and is arguably unhealthy, I strongly recommend a "steel baking sheet with grid rack 12.5" x 9.7" by HaSteel or another brand around 12x10 without warping complaints, perfect for broiling and baking for around $20 and fits on the included rack tray you'd think Cosori (should have) included it too.As for the optional smart connectivity through the app on Android/iOS, it also connects through Google/Alexa and Bluetooth is always on for connection. I would imagine someone thinking it was a good idea if they wanted to start it remotely and have some roasted potatoes ready when arriving home, but according to the manual, no. Remote control is only for after manually starting it, "for safety reasons", and generally seems to be for choosing a specific recipe within the app and locking in the settings automatically. You can also toggle things like the LIGHT and POWER OFF, temperature and time, but personally seems like too much and wouldn't you really need a camera to make it useful?Overall, an excellent choice that cooks food perfectly, evenly, and costs much less in energy and time compared to conventional ovens. When new, I strongly recommend running at 450F BAKE with the fan toggled on for 20-30 minutes to burn away factory lubricants (typical for ovens and needs proper ventilation). If you notice the fan rattling (surprisingly common), try very gently shaking the oven on a slight angle once or twice while running only the first time. Otherwise, don't hesitate and just use the Return and Replace option. It should cost around $220 CAD (or $190 on sale) and supports a 2year warranty - more than most other options except for what I think is the closest competitor, the very overpriced large Cuisinart at 5year (apparently they make you pay shipping costs whereas Cosori generously covers replacement). Consider getting an extended 4year warranty on Bolo for $30-40 rather than throwing money away after only a couple years.

My first Cosori air fryer was just RECALLED and Cosori is making it very DIFFICULT to even get it replaced. I ordered this as an upgrade before the recall occurred. Now I know that Cosori is not the way to go. The pictures show that the top plate distorts under heat and pushes on the top coil, eventually burning it. The metal cools and bends back to its original shape. This can't be safe and is a definite fire hazard. First time using it the fan sounds like a loud motor. The unit barely cooks anything on the underside - you always need to flip and cooking takes twice the amount of time. Obviously returning this unit.My return date on my order is MARCH 28, 2023 - the request was made on or about March 21. I submitted for a return and SIRANCO declined it stating I am outside the return window. There customer service is the worst - now calling me a liar as they didn't even read this review. SIRANCO continues to decline my legitimate return by making up their arbitrary end date for returns. SIRANCO SOLICITED feedback after my order which I provided. SIRANCO is stating that because I replied to their solicited feedback it is too late to return the item even though the return was requested far before March 28. Their customer service are rude and should not be dealing with customers, and should learn to read a date.
