This supplement did not have extra ingredients. It is easy to take. I did not have any sensitivities to it, which is not always the case for other supplements. I just started taking it, but I am hopeful it will help hormone imbalance, blood sugar and liver function.

These supplements are very easy to swallow without any unwanted taste/burpees afterwards. I can't say there's been much change in my energy, neither good nor bad. I didn't feel any side effects.

From what I can tell, this is a good quality resveratrol. I don't like that it's only 500 mgs over the usual 600 that I usually get, but I'm also not certain that there's a big difference. May also come down to the actual quality of the properties. So far, from what I can tell, this works just as well. Easy to take and I've not had any problems with this at all. Good, clean and made in the USA.

This is a great supplement - one I was actually able to feel after a few days.If you are unfamiliar with this - do some research as this is a very powerful supplement that does way too much for me to list here.As an elder - I take daily as a matter of course.This is a quality brand that is non-gmo and also tested.Comes in a bottle inside a box and the pills are easy to take.Dose is 2 and I noticed no weird tastes at all.So research, then get this if you think it will help you.Highly recommended.

I have been taking resveratrol supplements for years. Over that time, I have tried various brands and find that some seem to be much better quality than others. It is hard to tell how well they work as I don’t find resveratrol has a noticeable affect (at least not without time, lab/blood work, and a study with a lot of people involved).These resveratrol pills are a light color (not quite white, maybe a cream) in a capsule. The size is about average and the recommended serving is two capsules once a day. They are 500 mg or 98% pure trans-resveratrol (many other supplements have an advertised mg of resveratrol, but it is the trans-resveratrol that you should be interested in and is usually a much smaller quantity). The come in a brown glass bottle with a metal lid (the claim is that glass is better at keeping the pills fresh). The glass bottle comes in a paper box and no other protection. I wish they would provide some sort of protection as I received a bottle of a different supplement from prominent nutrition that the class bottle had broken during shipping.Prominent nutrition has some information on their website stating that they have third-party testing, continuous in house testing, and keep track of their ingredients throughout the supply chain to ensure they are quality and properly sourced ingredients (although I was not able to find any certifications or lab results). They also check a lot of friendly boxes (e.g., vegan, non-GMO, gluten/dairy/nut/soy free, no artificial colors, and no magnesium stearate). This made in the USA supplement seems to be of a good quality from a company that cares about the products they make.From what I can tell, these are as good as any other quality resveratrol supplement that I have tried. I think they have more trans-resveratrol compared to most of the competition, but there are some out there with a little more. I have been taking resveratrol from Purely beneficial for years now and found it to be good and I would say that the resveratrol from prominent nutrition (these pills) are roughly comparable (although missing some of the additional ingredients (polyphenol complex), but that is to be expected as the supplements from prominent nutrition seem to be more focused on purity and quality over blends. If you are looking for a resveratrol supplement, I would recommend trying this one.
