    When I got the cargo net I was pleased. Construction is sturdy. I installed it and it worked perfectly. Then I went out the next day and used it in the rain. It rusted immediately. The eyelets on the webbing have all started to rust while the coating on the quick clasps has already oxidized. This thing will look great for a few days and then turn to a rusted relic in no time at all. Why bother putting on that energy into producing something that is made to disintegrate? I would have gladly paid a little more to have stainless fittings that would last a lifetime. Enough of this planned obsolescence!

    Just got this yesterday and tried it out. Small load of lumber, stayed in place, held very securely. Was easy to adjust to load and seemed to be solid product. Was worried about spacing in webbing but no problem with 2x4s. Load did not shift at all. Packs up very neatly in bag provided and can stow under back seat. So far, so good.
