I suffer from some digestive issues and am constantly looking for things that can help my gut health and improve my quality of life. Some things don’t have any impact, some do, and others are temporary or make it worse. Things like probiotics, fermented foods, etc. are good, but sometimes a little something extra helps. I ran across these gut health supplements and thought I would give them a try (and not expecting overnight results).These supplement pills are in a relatively standard capsule, but just a tiny bit larger than what I would consider average. The pills come in a plastic bottle with a screw top lid and all that is then packaged in a box “for the store shelf.” This is all pretty standard fair and nothing unexpected. The pills are filled with a white powder and the serving size is two capsules (I’d rather take two ever so slightly larger capsules than three smaller ones).After several days of taking these pills, I can’t say that I had a noticeable change in my digestive health or overall bodily health, but I can say that I didn’t feel worse (and I ate a few things that should have made me feel worse). I don’t expect my digestive system to change and balance over night, so I suspect it will take some time to see any real results. I also know that ingesting anything and expecting to make it through your stomach and on to your gut can be difficult, so I am interested to see how these pills work over time (at least over the course of a bottle, roughly a month). In general, they seem like good quality supplements with what should be good ingredients. The price is a bit higher than I’d really like, but I will at least give this bottle a try and see where it goes.

This agreeable formula causes no upset and has the notable benefit of aiding my health and discouraging harmful bacteria, malabsorption of nutrients, and poor digestion. It might not be a 100% fix, but a piece of the picture. Medical advice is best if you have an enduring issue like mine. I can safely use these, but after my bariatric surgery, I will be temporarily restricted as I will have a new stomach. Afterward, I am going to continue using this product. I will be introducing new items gradually. I need this because I have slow digestion, and too much sugar and fatty liver have made me sick. This can cause malabsorption, toxicity, and what they call a leaky gut.This product page tells all of what these contain and what they do for you. This is just a supplement to your healthy eating habits to acquire. Drinking a lot of water will keep my supplements from causing problems wiht my urine; other than that I have had no issues. I take a couple of handfulls of pills so that is why I lubricate my organs and hydrate.These are of good value and quality. Products like this that have not given me distressing side effects might also be safe for you. Could you test it out with an open mind? I have had digestive issues for 20 years; these are excellent examples of something that can work for many people unless otherwise discouraged by your doctor. My surgeon told my husband that, yes, I should use supplements.Enjoy!
