We use a lot of Frank's in our house, from recipies and dips to quick spashes of flavor in our foods. The wings sauces caught my attention, and the 3 pack made it worth trying! The sauces have been a hit with family and friends. We keeps this stocked at all times now!

Review of Frank's RedHot Hot Sauce Variety Pack (Original, Buffalo, and Stingin' Honey Teriyaki), 3 countReceived with a Best By date approximately 6 months after date of receipt for the red sauces and a year for the honey teriyaki.I have previously used both the Original and Buffalo Wing sauces. The one issue that I have with these is that cayenne pepper, even in low quantities, dominates the flavor as opposed to being one of several components working together.I had used the Buffalo Wing sauce and then accidently purchased the Original that was mixed together on the grocery shelf. The cayenne flavor was slightly diluted in the Buffalo Wing sauce and when using the Original for wings I melted some butter to better approximate the Buffalo Wing sauce which I like.The Honey Teriyaki sauce is not as hot as I expected and that was a good thing. This sauce is a little thinner than I would prefer for getting a better coating on wings including after refrigeration. The Honey Teriyaki is supposed to be refrigerated after opening but I do this with the other two as I don’t use hot sauces in large qualities.The way that I tested the Honey Teriyaki was something that I saw on one of the celebrity chef shows except that I used an air fryer instead of the oven as follows.1. Steam the wings for about 25 minutes which helps reduce the grease/oil in the wings and also helps when drying out the wings so that they will be crisper after final cooking.2. While still hot, season the wings with at least salt and pepper and any other desired spices.3. Store the wings, uncovered, on wire rack in the refrigerator for several hours up to 24 hours. This helps removed moisture from the skin of the wings and these will be more crispy.4. Cook at 400 F in air fryer for 15 minutes or an hour in the oven flipping half-way through.5. If one wants the sauce cooked onto the wings then coat the wings after air frying and air-fry again for 2-3 minutes repeating if desired. In an oven, coating with sauce when flipping works well.6. One can also simply toss the cooked wings in a bowl after adding some sauce.

This is an excellent Christmas gift for the person who loves Frank's RedHot products!I got to try a new flavor that I haven't tried until now. Stingin Honey Teriyaki.Each glass bottle is 12 fluid ounces. This is about 1.5 cups each. If I were in the store looking, there is the huge size, this size, and the smaller size. This is the one in the middle of the three. The size I think of when purchasing RedHot sauce.Stingin' Honey Teriyaki:This is delicious. Pouring it a little on to my spoon, it is like a syrup. To smell it, it smells like a sweet teriyaki sauce. To taste it, it tastes like a classic teriyaki. It is sweet. I taste the flavors first and then the slow burn that gradually builds in mouth. Love it. It states it is a mild heat. This is pretty hot for being a mild heat. I put it right in the middle of a 1 to 10 scale. 10 being the hottest.Buffalo:I love this flavor also. Tasting this, It tastes like the traditional, classic buffalo wing sauce I grew up on. I get some cayenne pepper flavor. I get the heat. Is it spicier than the teriyaki? I find them about the same. About a 5 on the 1 to 10 scale. It has a nice tanginess to it. Very comparable to the butter, vinegar, Frank's Redhot and salt recipe that I have made in the past. As one who normally makes homemade foods and not prepared foods, It may be missing a slight tang and slight buttery flavor but to pour it out of a bottle and eat, it is delicious.Frank's Red Hot sauce:This is the original sauce. It is tangy with a good salt balance. I can taste the cayenne. It is what I grew up on. It is still my hot sauce of choice.5 easy stars:I love Frank's Redhot sauce. It was so much fun to try a new flavor that I haven't tried of theirs. Each of them are great tasting. A set of 3 makes a great gift.

I’ve tried Frank’s Original and Buffalo separately on different occasions, and always thought they were basically the same.Well.. having tried them side by side they’re not BUT they are pretty darn similar.I get more of a really tangy, sour vinegary vibe from these and not outright pepper heat. They ARE spicy / hot but in a way that’ll make you pucker too.The Buffalo differs in that it’s slightly less hot (still pretty hot though), and has a butter flavor additive that kinda smooths it out a little, makes it less rough / basic than the Original.Where it gets less defined is throwing them together on something and trying to spot the difference. I did a sandwich 1/2 Original and 1/2 Buffalo and pretty quickly found any subtly lost amongst the bread, meat and cheese.If you do some wings side by side.. you’ll taste the difference but after a while it won’t matter. Both are pretty great. Not sure I need both open at the same time, if that makes sense.The wild card here is the Teriyaki sauce, which has a pretty strong savory soy sauce base with a slightly sweet edge and a little more kick of heat than I’d usually expect from Teriyaki sauce. It’s nice. It’s different.The set is decent value, I can see the bottles lasting a while.Overall.. I don’t dislike anything here other than diet-specific stuff: I’m low carb and the Original and Buffalo are perfect (zero carb) but the Teriyaki is 12g of carbs per serving, which is a lot.Still gets 5 stars for flavor!

When I ordered this, I mistakenly thought that a pac would be a gift package. Well it wasn't. It was just 3 bottles in a brown carton. I was disappointed because it was a gift.
