It’s a great product. And certainly very helpful from an ergonomic standpoint. The only “minus” is the backplate assembly instruction. It tells you to install it on the very end and screw it in, however that doesn’t work as it doesn’t fit in the sequence of events to assemble the chair. But overall I love the back support, firmness and value for money.

I like the chair but I think the designers were more interested in a competitive look for the chair than providing a good seated swivel chairPros:1. The chair is comfortable.2. It can be raised up to a level that fits the desk top working surface3. The arms can be raised or lowered.4. The arms have three swivel locations. Pointed in at the front. Straight at the front. Pointed out at the front.5. The chair support has 5 legs6. Assembly tools were provided.7. Cloth seat and back covers are non sticky after several hours in the chair.Cons:1. The chair is medium hard to assemble. I did it in about 1/2 hour.2. The support legs have a chrome plated cover that is plastic. Does nothing be enhance the look of the chair. This will appeal to some buyers but it is worthless to increase the usefulness of the chair. I did not install it and threw it in the garbage.3. The chair legs have very small wheels. I find it hard to move around my desk area.4. There is a foot rest that slides out to support your feet when extended for a nap. I removed it from the chair and put it in the garbage. It has terrible fitment and slides out when you don't want it to. It needs to have tighter slide bearings that will keep it in place when not wanted.5. There is a cover piece of plastic that serves no other use than to cover up some of the mechanism of the lumbar support. I threw it in the garbage. There was another plastic piece that when I pushed it home two of the feet broke off. I threw it in the garbage.6. The lumbar support is not adjustable. It keeps you from resting your full back against the chair back. I find it acceptable given the cost of the chair but needs to be redesigned to lessen the bulge or be made adjustable.7. The designers could have eliminated some of the fluff and lowered the cost of the chair without changing the function of the chair. Steve Jobs would hate this chair.Comments to the designer. Eliminate all of the fluff, fix the lumbar support, fix the leg support slide bearings, get rid of the useless plastic covers, and lower the cost to less than $200. It should outsell the competition.This chair was designed and manufactured in China. Even so, the cost and the function of the chair for the way I use it is acceptable. I give it a 7 out of 10. Chair Arrived on 5 April 2023. This review was written on June 8 2023. So after 2months of constant use, I think it is a pretty good chair stripped down like I use it. I looked at many chairs. This is the one I selected hoping I would not have to send it back to Bolo.November 3, 2023: Repair of the Height Adjustment Cylinder.Starting in Late September 2023, the chair height adjustment cylinder started failing by lowering the chair to it lowest position. I am 6-foot and it is not comfortable at that position. I went to the local auto parts store and purchased two each stainless steel 1.5" diameter band clamps. I extended the chair to maximum height and installed the two band clamps back to back as show in the attached picture. This fixed the seat at its maximum height. There is a rubber gasket like material that got chewed up and fell on the floor. After a few days, I vacuumed it up and the pieces have not returned. It took longer to buy the band clamps than it did to fix them on the chair. The cost was less than $10.00. I hope the works for others like me that are obese in their old age.

It was delivered on time as well.Regarding the chair itself, it's high quality and comfortable. The 2D adjustable lumbar support is great. It molds perfectly to my lower back, providing the ideal amount of support to alleviate any discomfort. Whether you're tall, short, or somewhere in between, you can tweak it to fit like a glove. I've never felt such perfect back support in an office chair before. No more stiff backs or achy muscles.This chair is all about customization too. With adjustable headrest and armrests, it's like having a chair that's made just for you. Whether you're tall or petite, you can tailor this chair to your liking effortlessly.One feature I particularly love is the 145° stepless tilt function. It's perfect for those moments when I need to recline slightly to ease the tension in my back without compromising on support. It's a total game-changer for those moments when you need to kick back and relax.The seat cushion is thick, plush, and oh-so-comfy. And the sleek black is modern, and it fits perfectly with my home office decor. The wheel is smooth as well. I can move very easily to anywhere around. This chair does come with a footrest option, although I bought one without it. It maybe something you can consider.If you're on the hunt for an office chair that's comfy, customizable, and chic as heck, the Hbada Office Chair is where it's at.

Very comfortable and functional chair
Love the design of the chair, I work from home a lot and so this gives me a wonderful time when sitting with good support for my back & neck for those long meetings. The chair does look premium and is a very comfortable for 8+ hour sessions

Compré la silla como regalo de navidad para mi hijo y llego con una pieza rota. Contacte al vendedor para que me cambiara solo la pieza y me dijo que no era posible así que la devolví. Después de un mes!!! Esperando por mi reembolso finalmente me llego y como solo era una pieza rota pensé podría haber sucedido en el envío así que decidí comprarla de nuevo. Pues me llego la silla y para mi sorpresa es la misma que había devuelto!!! Misma pieza rota de la misma manera!!! Intentaron taparle una parte para que no se viera tan grande el hueco! Bien cuestionable la compañía que reenvía a sus clientes sillas defectuosas y con pleno conocimiento de ello. Les pongo una estrella pues no hay opción de ponerle cero estrellas!!! Terrible experiencia, terrible calidad y aún más terrible la intención de quienes la venden.
