I love the energy boost and not hardly a crash afterward. These are provided on the overnight delivery which is for prime members and it's the greatest thing for me! I love the taste of the strawberry dreams but I really wish that they brought back the Rehab Orangade as that was the best monster has ever had in my opinion. It's affordable and right to my doorstep so a win - win! Thanks for reading.

TASTES GOOD, GIVES ENERGY, MUCH LOVE! Seriously, though, it does taste good, and I don't drink a ton of it, I try to keep it at 1 can per week max, but if I need a blast of energy at work after a bad nights sleep, it gets the job done. Also, if I have a migraine, I find that taking 2 or 3 aspirin and a can of Monster knocks that migraine out with the quickness. SO I bring one to work in my lunch, works as a cold pack in my lunchbox, and as an emergency backup battery. And being zero sugar, well, at least that is good for you, right?

This is what I drink to get through the day with my kiddo (not my kid, the one I work with). Caffeine doesnt really work for me because I have adhd so if I drink coffee or black tea I may just be yawning all day and needing to pee. This has taurine and L-Carnitine, plus B vitamins. It’s also not giving me a sugar spike and crash which I find incredibly important. I cannot get these cheaper in the store because the only way I see these ones in this size is for single can purchase. I find 12 packs for the 12oz size which is basically the mini version I have never seen anyone drink. I didn’t know they existed until I was looking for these in bulk. I find the taste to be nostalgic because I grew up with Sunny D being that not quite orange juice but WAYYY better tasting treat? (Mom rarely ever got it for us because it was all sugar- hated it then, thankful for her wisdom now.) So as an adult to have a little treat to wake up with zero sugar that doesn’t TASTE like super fake lingering chemicals, and has that fizzy pop that’s refreshing and wakes me up? Love it. The cans are pretty darn durable, and they’re textured, so it’s good for sensory input if you need to calm down. I even got my MOTHER and the man who was working on our house to try it this week (friend from church not some random stranger i tried to feed). They are both people opposed to lots of chemicals and junk, but I literally read the ingredients list to them and a lot of the big scary words are low/no carb sweeteners, B vitamins, and preservatives. There were only like 2 things I didn’t recognize. Monster is SURPRISINGLY not as “toxic waste chemicals of make your heart palpitate extremeness” as expected by their branding. They both liked it btw.

I was told these are not too healthy for the heart. But I bought them anyways becuase it's not good for the heart if you have a bad heart or if you drink them every day and that's ridiculous. I don't drink them every day. I'm not tired every day.I only consume this if I'm having a day that I only slept like 4 to 5 hours and need a little pick me up. Sometimes coffee don't do it for me. So, I have one of these. Sometimes half.Ladies and Gents do not drink these in the nighttime, only maybe early afternoon becuase you will not sleep. Yes, I did experience that. I dint want to go to sleep at 11pm but consumed one of these and did not go to sleep all night.Then again when I drink these sometimes, I drink only half during the daytime. And I sane the other half for whenever again during that week. It won't go flat if you put it in the refrigerator with the cap on tight. It will last you. but after you use the used bottled water or drink recycle it becuase water these days tend to leave a film on the bottom of the bottle that was used not right aways but maybe three days later the film start to form.
