Ashwaganda helps decrease the feeling of stress. It is an adaptogen and good for the body. It doesn't cause anxiety or sleepiness, it just naturally calms. These capsules are much smaller at this dose than their previous product I used. They're all easy to swallow. Just be sure to swallow with plenty of liquid.

Important safety tip make sure you take a bite of food right before you take these and one right after. If not, the burbs are nasty as in I blew smoke cloud it was crazy. Once starting eating before & right after no issues and they are small pills so they go down easy. Im watch what I eat, drink, and have been adjusting vitamins & minerals to find right balance for me. I havent had any negative effects and feel good. Time will tell effects on stress or sleep etc.
