Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive and ended with a visit to the doctor.Issues Encountered:No Positive Effects: Contrary to the promises of high potency and efficacy, I experienced no noticeable improvements in my energy levels or overall wellness. There was no discernible difference before and after taking the capsules.Adverse Reactions: Shortly after starting the regimen, I began to experience severe gastrointestinal upset, including nausea and stomach pain, which I had never suffered from before.Doctorβs Visit: The situation escalated to the point where I had to seek medical attention. My doctor advised discontinuing the product immediately and mentioned that such high concentrations of herbal supplements could potentially be harmful.Concerns Over Potency and Safety: The extremely high potency claimed by this supplementβ40,000mgβraises significant safety concerns. I received the product and started taking it in the morning (I don't get enough sleep, so I run on a lot of anxiety). I started getting really sleepy, which tells me this does a great job of lowering anxiety and inducing a calm state.So I switched to taking it at night! Much better. I get better quality sleep, and wake up feeling more rested. I work out hard and take a lot of workout supplements, and it feels like this is helping me to manage my hormone levels by balancing things out. Little things like mood stability, overall confidence and ability to think critically and emotionally engage with others. Things you may not expect, but are very welcome effects.I like this product and I will order it again - and I recommend it to others looking for something to fill the gaps in wellness they might be perceiving and understanding.(I received an additional discount on this product, which helped make it easier to make my first order. I will be making more orders because I really liked it!)
