I am 58 years old, and have tried to take a daily multi throughout my life. Anybody who takes a daily multi wonders, is it doing any good? Well let me tell you what, you can see this stuff work. I don’t consider myself a dehydrated person, but after a long, hard sleep, I would get creases in my skin that would take a while to go away. after three weeks of taking this, I have no more creases. No joke, my skin feels more plump. I am a man, I’ve been painting houses for 30 years, and this stuff works. From what I hear it is the best supplement you can take for longevity. JTP
