Medical reasons depict that I take protein supplements daily until my body levels improve and become more stable. I originally was hesitant to start taking them with fear they would not taste good, and it would just be another frustrating step in hopes to regain healthy lifestyle again. I was surprised on how well these tastes and the variety is superb!

No good flavors. Save your money. Boring and a few just gross. You would think pumpkin spice with a pumpkin pie on it would come close to tasting like pumpkin pie but no tastes like you eat a pumpkin pie spice bottle with a vanilla shake. All very sweet.

Only two bottles were out of date, both the pumpkin spice flavor. They were only a day or two pass "best by" date. the rest were weeks away from date. All were delicious.

Niro has other products that’s 15 different flavors out of the 17. Then they have this one that seems like it’s 16 different flavors when it’s really just 2 each of 8 different flavors. What’s pictured doesn’t accurately represent what’s actually happening. It’s 3 stars because it’s my fault I didn’t read everything in depth, but photos should accurately reflect what is being sold when there’s so many different listings that are very similar with the same exact photos.
