I always avoided taking any type of supplement because it made me sleepy the next day and my body tired. but it is not the case of this product, I was really surprised. As soon as I took it I felt relaxed and had a good night's sleep. I woke up well and didn't feel sleepy the next day. very practical to take on the trip because it fits in your pocket and we all know how difficult it is to sleep well when we are travelling and the best, it has a very pleasant flavor. I recommend.

I am already familiar with other Travelsana products and have been having problems to fall asleep recently, so I decided do try Travelsana Sleep. The result was amazing, even better than taking melatonine by itself. I felt sleepy very naturally and not like I've taken sleeping pills or anything. Fell asleep fairly fast and had a great night of sleep. Now, whenever I feel like it's getting late and I can't sleep, I'll always use this product to give me a help.

Very good! It made me sleep deeply and wake up well. Sometimes when I take melatonin, I wake up feeling groggy. With this one, I didn't feel that way. It has a nice taste, and it's interesting being in powder form (it feels like I'm having dessert). I also like the individual packets that are great for traveling, but on the other hand, unfortunately, it increases the amount of waste. I don't think the packaging is biodegradable. If it were, it would be a 10/10!

What an absolute bummer of a product. I purchased this for a trip next week and I’ve been switching my schedule a full week before. I’m so glad I’ve tested this out at home before traveling. It gives me headaches and doesn’t help me sleep. It’s really a bummer. The active ingredients themselves should work but I suppose the quality is very poor. Don’t buy this. Go buy Boiron Homeopathic. They are well trusted and all their products high quality. This product sucks.

I guess this worked for some people based on other reviews, but I can’t imagine 1mg of melatonin would help most people sleep. It’s a very low dose. Perhaps there is something to be said for the placebo effect here. I thought this product was interesting since it dissolves in your mouth, it’s not a pill or a tea. But alas, this, unusual delivery method provided no benefit for me. I also found the taste to be pretty revolting. I think I’ll stick with regular melatonin tablets when I need help sleeping.

I have a VERY hard time falling asleep every day, especially when traveling to and from different time zones. I tried this product for the first time at home (before traveling) and I was surprised, it actually worked! It took about 30min for it to make me sleepy and very relaxed, and once I fell asleep, I didn't wake up once - slept well the whole night. I'm definitely taking it to my next trip! Highly recommended - especially since it's all natural!

Took Sleep Well last night right before bed not only did I fall asleep easier, but I was out until I needed to wake up. I thought the powder being poured into my mouth would put me off but it actually has a pleasant taste. Like most people, I’ve tried various options over the years, and I’d recommend anyone packing for a trip (or that just needs a supplement for daily sleep) to give Sleep Well a try.
