    I have berm having problems with my thumb on my right hand; regarding gripping. I didn't want the traditional metal squeeze had grip l once used as gymnast as l knew it would be impossible to use. I had gotten way past that. This new style allowed me the gentle exercise l needed to help build up my strength, get blood flowing and even use to mildly massage my hand by repositioning it differently each 5 or so squeezes. Exactly what l was hoping for. I have yet 5o use the 2nd. It's great that it came with 2 different pressures.

    I purchased these for my dad. He was in the hospital and trying to regain muscle and function so I bought him a few options for a stress ball type of product. This product was way too hard for him. I'm guessing this product isn't made for people in his position, so if you're looking for something more squishy...this definitely isn't it.
