It's a sturdy construction that looks elegant and expensive. it rolls well without tipping, but turns out to be 1/8" taller than described (it's a close fit under my countertop, so the 1/8" was almost too much ;)). In the picture, the top-most shelf has four wine bottles in it, but with my 9.5" wine glasses I cannot fit bottles underneath. 8.5" tall glasses work. But that's good enough for me :)

It didn't take long to assemble this little cart. It rolls easily. The cart is pretty light - could be a bit heavier for my taste. After putting the wine glasses in there wasn't room for a top row of wine. I am still able to get 4 bottles in the other three rows - so it still will hold a case of wine. If I chose to use shorter stem wine glasses I could get more but preferred the longer stem glasses in the holders. The cart fits well into a small space where I needed it to go.

This wine rack is exactly what I was looking for. It holds 12 glasses and 16 bottles of wine while also letting me have space on top for a decanter. Perfectly sturdy for what it is and it allows me to display some of my favorite bottles of wine.

I love this item. I put it together as I watched a movie, paying very little attention to what I was doing because it was that easy to put together. Took very little time to complete as well. The perfect size for my apartment at the base of my kitchen. Doesn’t take up too much room but stores my bottles and my bartender utensils and alcohol bottle on the top. Would have liked to have more room for larger wine glasses but other than that I love this buy.

So happy with this purchase. The wine rack holds 16 bottles. It was super easy to put together. It is not bulky and fits great in an apartment that has smaller spaces.
