Totally on me, but I didn’t notice when I bought these that they contain caffeine, and honestly, quite a bit. Which is fine, and could be at times for sure useful because it’s so transportable, I would just be aware that they have pretty high caffeine content so you’d want to be mindful of other caffeine you’ve consumed that day.

All of the packets had a good flavor. I didn't notice a aftertaste like some of the powders can have. I would definitely buy these again.

Not the biggest fan here. I thought with real sugar the flavor would be better- it actually tasted like the fake sugar I was surprised it was actual cane sugar… the flavors were minimal and subtle. The pineapple was slightly better than the lemon, but not by much. The Energy packet did give me a kick like a cup of coffee, but with all three kinds I had to add more water than recommended as I just didn’t love the taste. Not for me I guess.

Would not allow to post review without rating, but i do not even give one star for this product. Much too salty and way too sweet. Ineligible for return!! No way this product is healthy- throwing away.

Each flavor is different, so the amount of water to taste is different as well. 16-oz bottle of water is just a standard for the recipe, as we all have different tastes. It's best to experiment to find what suits you best. I personally prefer a less strong flavor with more water, so I use around 20 - 24-oz of water with each packet.

I like to take electrolyte powder singles when I am on the go just to have an extra bit of hydration when walking all day or traveling. These will be great for on the go.At first I did not pay attention to the contents and I was looking at the flavors before I sampled one. Good thing I choose the Lemon Lime one first, because it was later in the evening and the other two: Pineapple Blueberry and Blackberry Lemonade have caffeine in them. The Blackberry Lemonade has almost 2 cups of coffee worth of caffeine in it! Great for a morning pick me-up but too much for me in the evening.The flavor is ok. They say low sugar, but 7g of added sugar seems a lot to me. I have had others with no sugar added. I like the fact you get to try the different flavors and caffeine levels before you buy in bulk.
