I like the CEREAL bars. I look for these in stores but usually just find something called breakfast bars. Not the same. I am not big into peanut butter, but I like this as it has a slightly neutral taste. So those looking for strong peanut butter flavor may not care for these. I find them easy to eat, easy on my stomach, not messy, and has a good texture. Flavor is light and not cloying. I havent analyzed the ingredients or nutritional panel. Dont care. I just want something to gnaw on on occasion, and I like these, so I keep them in supply.I dont often grab for snack bars, but I keep an assortment on hand, tucked into a basket on the kitchen counter for anyone to be able to have a snack or take a snack for on the go use. Wonderful option for anyone coming by that may have food insecurities. For me I usually eat them when I cant come up with anything else I want to eat, or have a strong hunger but dont want to ruin my appetite for a real meal. Wonderful for having on me when I am out and about.
