These are so magical! I love the sleek design of he candles and when they're turned on they give off a flickering light that looks real. They were easy to hang and while yes they require a lot of batteries, only one per candle is def worth it. We only hung half so far around the tree at Christmas time but I cant wait to hang the rest maybe in another room! These would be prefect for Harry Potter fans and themed parties. I'm honestly leaving mine up all year round! The remote works perfect and all candles out of the box worked great. Easy to hang and the ceiling dots stick perfectly, we didn't have any fall even with a textured ceiling.My one critique is I wish the the ceiling dots they came with weren't a closed hook but an open hook. That way if you need to take them down you can just leave the clear line wrapped around the candle with a loop to hook back into the ceiling later. Unfortunately now you have to remove the whole dot or cut the wire and retie them up to the ceiling later.

I've purchased these flickering flameless floating candles three times now for my Harry Potter sleepover setups, and each time they've added an amazing touch of magic! Worked great last year. Got them hung up this year & turned on but then my wand quit working. I’ve tried changing the batteries. Wish there was an option to buy a new wand. Lights are going to be useless now sadly. Love the look & color though

These things are a pain in the behind to set up, but I promise it’s worth it. They have stuck to our popcorn ceiling so well. They put out the perfect amount of light. They’re going to probably be up year round because they’re so nice.

Update 10/7/24 : the wand has stopped working less than 30 days after purchase (a new battery was placed in it as well and it still doesn’t work. I've tried working with the seller the entire time on the issue of the candles not having holes, and they told me just to do it myself. Then I tried to get a replacement wand since mine now does not work. They said I can have one "when they are in stock" and said it can take over a MONTH, but that's an estimate and could be longer. These were the CHEAPEST THINGS. I paid what.....$40 for these? Almost $50? Complete waste of money and time (hanging them up). Bolo support said their hands are tied, and I can take them all down and return them. I didn't want to do that, I just wanted a replacement for the product I paid for and now doesn't work. Worst seller customer service I've come across.There’s so much I could say omg. First off the packaging was absolutely terrible. The candles were stuffer in the box, which was ripped. The plastic lining it was crunched so nothing sat in its place inside it. It looked like someone literally drop-kicked it. Second, these are so cheaply made. Half of them didn’t have the holes in the top of the flames, so I have no way to hang them. When you unscrew the bottom of the candles bits of plastic fall out. There is also a weird powder on some of them too; so like…what?? There are three buttons on the wand, and one of them doesn’t work. 😂 honestly a horrible purchase.

I am updating my review to 5 stars because the seller has offered to send me a new wand.as my previous review stated I really like these floating candles and this was my second set. (Previous review: I purchased this in August but did not try it out until Oct. 4 when I was ready to put up Halloween decorations. The wand does not work and it is too late for me to return it. I purchased a set last year as well and it worked wonderfully so I am giving this a 3 instead of a 1 based on this year's purchase.)

I was a bit nervous looking at reviews, as many mentioned these candles overheat. We have not had that issue at all! They have a nice warm glow, pretty impressive battery light, the wand remote is easy and fun to use, and the hanging tools work great on the ceiling. The only problem we’ve had is the cover for the bulbs (the plastic “flame”) does sometimes pop off on some candles. We only noticed this when hanging, but it has not caused any candles to fall off the ceiling. Overall very happy!

Ok, so the candles are super cool. They all work perfectly and produce a nice glow and effect. The wand works well too and everything seems to be sturdy and good quality.Now to why I deducted 2 stars: the glue/adhesive that came with to hang them on the ceiling is SO BAD! The instructions even say to not glue it somewhere you might want to remove them, because the adhesive is super strong and will likely rip the paint off. I thought “wow, ok!”, and went ahead to use them because I didn’t have the need to remove them anyways.When I tell you this was the most frustrating 1 hour possible! The candles kept falling off the ceiling every few minutes, and back would I go to glue them again… I spent a whole hours in this function and didn’t even get through all the 20 candles from the package because I was just waisting my time. I finally gave up and decided to maybe order some 3M hooks or something, something of better quality so I can successfully hang them.I have half a mind of returning these, and I might… we’ll see. But anyways, if you’re buying to hang them, be ready to order some good adhesive too because the one that comes with them ain’t it.

works really well. Be aware that it takes 1 battery AAA in each candle and one in the wand. Some of them may be a bit tough to close and it is a bit fragile but take your time it's worth it.

These candle lights are great, they really do make it look magical and transform the room. They are so good I have purchased another set and used them in my conservatory with Christmas decorations. Love them
Love it’s uniqueness
Love would purchase again just got up at heart to hang up. It’s a job to hang them up and to thread the fishing wire not a big deal but it’s just a little bit of work.
Love them but a bit confused
I love how these look and LOVE the fact they're turned on by a wand. The wand has some extra buttons on it though that i'm not sure what they're supposed to do? You do also have to be pretty close to the candles in order to turn them on/off. Still love them though.
