I feel the difference in very positive way - less eating, feeling lighter, losing weight little by little, and it started working pretty quickly, after about 2 weeks of taking 1 cpc per day as recommended by manufacture. Since it's 150c in the bottle, it should last for 5 months total. More than enough timeframe to get and see progress (maybe bloodwork for lipid panel)
