    A shot of expresso & the shake in the morning is all I need until my first meal. Plenty of energy & I don’t feel hungry. Makes it a lot easier to stay on my 16/8 intermittent fasting. My eating window is 12-8. It was always a challenge in the past to make it to noon but, now it’s a lot easier with the shake.

    I do the shake now almost every morning. Read Dr. Longo's book (the Longevity Diet) two years ago and starting doing Prolon 5 Day and now the shake to get me to 16:8 fasting.I like how crunchy is the mini-macademia nuts and that it is vegan as I am pescatarian.
