TV has excellent picture quality. Significantly less expensive than 4K models, and 1080p resolution is plenty high enough for me. I mostly use it as a monitor for my PC via one of the HDMI inputs. Internet connectivity and Roku TV is a nice feature, although I don't use it that much. Note: All TV functions are controlled via the remote. There are no buttons on the TV itself. Minor annoyance is that the remote does not have a volume control or mute button, but I use an external audio amplifier driven by my PC, so I control the audio output that way. There does not seem to be any way to control the built-in speaker volume via the on-screen menus, but a mute function is provided, and the default speaker volume is (barely) loud enough for a small room.

For the price this tv is so light weight and easy to set up. You have to have someone home to share code with driver. I did not know that when I ordered but it worked out despite busy lives. Good size great value!

You need a sound bar with this TV to get clear sound.The only other negative is that after only a few months, it seems to turn off right after I turn it on first thing in the morning. Then I have to turn it on again and it works fine for the rest of the day.I'm worried that the power supply may be failing and that one of these days, the TV won't turn on at all.I didn't buy an extended warranty because I've never needed one with Samsung.

I have had this TV for over half a year now and I really like it. It’s very easy to use. The picture and color are good. I only need one remote. Roku has gotten me some TV that I would not otherwise be able to watch.

The resolution on this television can be hazy to somewhat better. However, the better is not 1080p sharp. My previous television was a 720p. This television resolution doesn't come anywhere near the resolution that I got from my previous television. Why advertise a television as having a 1080p resolution and it doesn't. I don't care what you're selling it for. If the product does not have the resolution that you're stating that it has, why do that? I'll tell you why. It's due to unethical practices.Additionally , I have made picture settings changes, and I was on the phone with TCL tech support, for several minutes, they made several adjustments and none of the adjustments held. This television resorted back to being just as ugly as when I got it. Obvious changes such as background, screensaver, and profile icon are not saving either. By TCL tech support gosted me. I'm still waiting for their email.This is the second television that I purchased. I don't particularly feel like taking it down and returning it. Also I am concerned with being targeted as a person who returns frequently. This product is substandard.

I can get lost in my back yard🤫This TV is the EASIEST thing I have EVER put together.I think if my cat had thumbs I think he to could put it together.Just plug it in and follow the prompts. Hugequality for this price.
