My toddler is absolutely obsessed with these. We bought them for her little play kitchen and she has such fun pretending to make "birthday soup" (like Little Bear). I was worried they'd be flimsy, but the cardboard is really sturdy and have really been able to take a beating. They're a fantastic buy for any little one!

The "groceries" are so cute, my grand love making meals with them. They are made of cardboard so I don't know how sturdy they will be after using a few times, but after a couple of months, they still look great. I will be buying this again for my Great Niece soon!

I wish I would've paid attention to the pictures in the reviews before I ordered. The cans are a decent, normal size..however, the boxes are just about the tiniest play grocery boxes I've ever seen. The paper/cardboard isn't the nice, thicker, glossy type of material used by Melissa and Doug products either. It's thin, dull, feels cheap and actually left dirty residue on my finger tips. I guess the set is ok for the price (It was marked down to $15 when I purchased) but I've also ordered some pretty amazing M&D sets for the same price recently. If it wasn't for the little play food inside the boxes and cans this set wouldn't be worth the time it takes to rush ship it to my door. Though it's not what I expected, my toddler seems to like it (I'm not sure how long this cheap cardboard will last), I'll go ahead and rate 3 stars.

These were so much better then I thought. The tiny pieces of fruit and veg inside the cartons were amazing my granddaughter absolutely loved this and so did I would highly recommend

My 2 grandchildren aged 3 and 6 loved using my 'recipes' I wrote for them. They enjoyed counting out the ingredients for the recipes and had a wonderful being chefs in the cafe for mum and dad!
