I added this to my fiber routine. I drink ground psyllium husk (mixed with water) in the morning and night to help with my fiber intake so I added these two to my morning routine and noticed a HUGE difference. Noticed a difference in bloating and fullness in my lower abdomen during the first day. By the 4th or 5th day I dropped a MASSIVE load and my tummy went down significantly and I haven’t had any bloating since. I deal with bloating/ gastro problems even though testing shows no problems and this has been a game changer on my journey to a healthy gut!By the first week I noticed that my sugar craving are completely gone and I’m staying fuller in between meals and don’t feel super full and heavy after I eat.

Thanks to this I don’t over eat anymore because it suppress my appetite a bit. I’ve always had regular movements but with this I feel more cleansed. Some bloating has gone down, not anything too noticeable. I take one after every meal (twice a day) and it makes me feel less full instantly if I over eat slightly, so I know it’s helping with digestion. I feel it working right now lol. I just ate dinner. 4/5 stars. Oh and I love that it’s great for feminine health.

I have digestive issues and this really helped with the bloating feeling. I didn't experience any discomfort or painful gas.It was like I had too much food stuck in my stomach and my metabolism was molasses. This helped with the feeling, but I realized I also needed to fix my diet and start exercising. These weren't difficult to swallow and didn't have a weird taste. Whenever my stomach feels gross after a meal I use these for relief.

I saw this product on tiktok and purchased it here after reading some reviews. Unfortunately I started getting massive headaches and a few days it turned to a migraines that physically made me ill. I tried taking the pills at different times/food variations with no relief. I did find one other review that had the same effect so I dont think it's an everyone thing, but for me i can't tell if it works or not due to the headaches
