My grandchildren range from age 4-10. There are exercises and activities that I can use with all of these children. This is practical guide that provides the scientific explanation as well as some guiding questions that direct the child’s attention to what is taking place. Some of the easier experiments I can use readily with the 4 year old and they will be basic enough for him to understand them. Some of the more sophisticated experiments will be above his head, but he can be amazed at the magic of science and understand the concepts in the future and will still enjoy the activity at his young age. The older children will readily be able to do many of these experiments independently. The company provides a lot of extension experiments beyond what is in the manual. Directions and explanations are exceptionally clear. Provided equipment is not great but certainly adequate. I highly recommend as a beginning science kit. Having read through all of the experiments I am very excited about using this kit.

This is a wonderful science kit for younger kids. Very tactile with quick results for each experiment. The kids can do all of the steps easily with little parental assistance. Actually, can be done with an older sibling to keep both engaged and having fun.We bring it out again from time to time to redo the experiments. That is the sign of a "keeper"

This was a great kit for young kids. I did it with my 2, 4 and 6 year olds (with heavy supervision). The instructions were easy to follow and the materials were kid safe and food grade. Easily ate a rainy afternoon!

My 5 year old grandson declared that he wants to be a scientist when he grows up. My response was to start making that happen. The equipment is tiny and just the right size for small hands. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. There are so many different experiments that regardless of his mood and energy level, there is something to do each day. He enjoys it considerably and it motivates him to quickly dispatch his homework so that we can work with the kit each day. This beginner's kit was an excellent purchase.

Amazing product
Great product. My 5 year old son is loving it. If possible, he would have done all the experiments the same day. He is not getting bored at all.
Easy and interesting experiments
Safe, easy and interesting exercises. My 5y and 7y old kids just loved it. Its one of the best options to gift kids. Only problem is it is difficult to take out the Big bottle from the plastic rack. BTW, you designed the product really well and compact. I like the box as well.
