So the watch itself is a beautiful masterpiece from Citizen. I am sad i had to send it back, but the blame lies with Bolo, not the watch itself. There were just too many problems with the purchase and the delivery. I wish i could have kept it but Bolo couldnt even GET IT to my house, so i terminated the order and returned it.

This is my third Citizen eco drive watch. It looks great. It was easy to size, took maybe 15-20 minutes. A beautiful watch and no batteries or winding required.

I wanted this beautiful watch the moment it came up on my screen. I have large wrists, so no adjustments to the band needed. The 46mm size is also perfect for my size wrists and arms. I also love the red section of the bezel, makes the watch style pop. I do like the style of the band very much, but not too happy about not being able to change or replace the strap due to the odd lug spacing. I have also been unable to find an original strap to replace this one in the event of failure in the future. Let's face it, stuff happens, and I like to be able to replace if need be. The watch came out of the box completely dead, but some time in direct sunlight got it going fine. This is my fourth Citizen watch, and I love them all. So I took away one star because of the proprietary type band, bit still very happy with this watch.

Just returned the watch but ordered another. I do hope the second one works. I have an eco drive in a Grand Complication, so I know about them. The power cell in this watch appeared to be a dud. Charged for 3 days. Instead of being able to live in the dark for six months on a charge, the watch was losing time after wearing continuously for two days. I hope the second is better. I do like the style of the watch and the band. It splits the fashion bill between a dress watch and something like an Apple Watch.Second watch delivered and was used and nonfunctional. Band had been cut by previous owner, who returned it obviously because it would not function. Not all documentation even included in the box. Bolo should not have sold this "return" as a "new" item.As an additional piece of information, Bolo delays refunds 30 days on anything where the purchase price with tax exceeds $200. That way, they make money on your money even when they have the item returned and have received credit from the vendor. I'm still waiting for a refund on the first watch yet am being billed payments for it.

Solar, diver bezel, 660 ft. Depth. Very comfortable. Learning curve to adjust strap to fit. After fitting to size, cannot resize larger. I like the look. Very good loom.

Love this watch. Very heavy and a bit bigger than you might think it to be, but it is very nice to add to a collection, maybe not to wear as “daily wear”. Also be sure to note, if it starts to only show every 2 seconds it gets hung up while the secondhand goes around, give it a good charge in the sun or on a solar charger (another great investment to have with it during times of not wearing to keep it well charged).

We are both in our late 60’s and early 70’s, we need written instructions. Not techno and dealing with a terminal illness. It stops all the time. I haven’t tried to get the instructions to print it out. That’s my fault, I’m the wife and have a lot on my plate. Wish he had ordered a different kind of watch! We can’t send it back, though, because we already got the band sized for his wrist.
