The Oral B iO-10 is the best Oral B electric toothbrush I have used, and I have been using their products for years. I have a few sensitive teeth & areas of gum recession. Oral B has designed a sensitive toothbrush head and this handle has a sensitive setting. For the first time, I am consistently doing a better job using less pressure while brushing. I like the feedback from the Oral B app on my iPhone. I use the app every time I brush. Over several weeks, my technique has become consistently using less pressure and I get great feedback from the app. My teeth feel like I have just had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist and over the weeks of using this product I am not showing any build up of plaque, which an improvement.My daughter needed a new electric toothbrush, so I gifted her an Oral B iO 7. She let us know she loved it, it was such an improvement over her previous Oral B handle, which was pre the iO version. When I decided to purchase a new handle for me, I did more research and discovered the iO 10. It was expensive compared to the iO 7, but I have been very happy with this product. I purchased the iO 9 for my husband. I consider the handle a personal care product, so i purchase a handle for each of us. The iO 9 seems to have the same features as the iO 10, and does cost significantly less. We are each happy with these 3 different models of the iO handles.The iO tooth brush heads are expensive, but I like them. The battery life goes down quickly, so I keep it charging. It has a tongue brushing mode, and several other settings to individualize the handle to your preferences. It is important to read the instructions and rinse the handle & tooth brush head as directed. I always rinse them, as directed by the Oral B directions, and have not had any build up dried toothpaste that a YouTube reviewer had a problem with. Overall, this is the best electric toothbrush I have ever used. I am very careful and consistent with oral care. I enjoy using this product and my oral health has improved.

I love using this to brush my teeth. It is so easy to use and only takes a little while to get a full charge. My teeth feel so clean after brushing with this brush. I can really tell a difference in how it cleans. It is expensive but well worth it. It is supposed to be good at getting rid of plaque. That is probably true because it works so well.

This is the top of the Oral-B IO line. If you are on a budget, look at those which are more affordable for you. The pressure sensor, the visible timer, the LED's that show how much of the mouth has been done all lead to an excellent brushing but also one that is gentle on the gums. These features help to organize and evenly distribute the brushing experience. That matters if you have perio issues, which I do. Avoiding periodontal surgery makes the price more appealing. I have had the older "Triumph series" Oral-B which also had the brush time and progress indicator. This is a huge step up and I wish I had purchased it sooner. The one "issue" is that Oral-B provides a dedicated charger when they could have provided a USB cable instead - less to pack on a trip. With the nice case, this is the one issue I have with the overall design.

This tooth brush works great, but it’s too expensive. It’s worth it if you can get it on sale. I tried the comfort brush head and the ultimate brush head. I prefer the ultimate. It definitely helps whiten your teeth too.

I have been using the I/O Series 9 for almost two years without complaint. I am writing to help others decide whether upgrading is worth it for them. Aside from the Series 10 having a speckled finish, the Series 9 and 10 brushes are identical both in size, feel, weight, and function. Both use the same brush heads. The brushing experience is exactly the same, especially if you use the Braun app. Although there may be some internal differences to allow the Series 10 brush to communicate with the new base, there are zero changes from the user's perspective.The big change is the new base station. The Series 9 base was merely a charger. The Series 10 adds several features. The new base station is a little bit larger, heavier, and its magnet is stronger. It uses the same charging cable and adapter as the travel case (the same one used for the Series 9 travel case), so you do not get a second charging adapter for the base like you did with the Series 9. The new base station is also interactive, and you can use it instead of the Braun app to guide your brushing. However, it is not as fully featured as the app, and some of its functions are just gimmicks. As an example of the latter, the new base station can connect to your wi-fi network, which allows it to display things like current time. It can also display your elapsed brushing time. However, the display is small, and it's right on the countertop, which makes it hard to read. It is, however, a decent night light.The new base station has a ring of six lights on top going around its circumference. These change color from dark blue to white in three stages. Each of the six segments corresponds to a portion of your mouth, just like in the app. The idea is that you brush the outside of a molar until the corresponding segment changes from dark blue to lighter blue, then you do the biting surface until it changes color again, and finally you do the inside surface until it turns white (and starts blinking). This would be great if the base interacted with the position sensors in the brush (as in the app), but it does not. The color changes are only simple timers. If you brush on only one surface of a tooth, the lights will cycle through all three colors and change to white without touching any of the other surfaces. On the plus side, when you use the Braun app, the base station light ring will flash when the brush connects to your phone. This now happens almost immediately when you open the app and before you even pick up the brush. You no longer have to pick up the brush and wave it around to wake it up and get it to pair with your phone.I was hoping to be able to continue using my old Seies 9 brush as an office or travel brush. However, much to my chagrin, the Braun app does not support more than one brush per user account. Accordingly, I had to remove my old brush from my account to add the new brush and base station (each must be separately paired).The travel case is also exactly the same as the Series 9, which is a good thing. It's an excellent case that allows charging through the case while the brush is safely stored inside. I have travelled quite a bit with the old case, and it never opened in my checked luggage. I cannot image taking the base charging station with me one a trip, and you will need to unplug it to take the single charging adapter provided with you. Nevertheless, the base will re-pair itself to your wi-fi network once you return and plug it back in without you needing to do anything.In conclusion, if you already on a Series 9, and you prefer to brush with the Braun app to get the challenge of that perfect 2:00 minute brush time with 100% coverage and zero over pressure, the Series 10 has nothing to offer you. The brush and brushing experience are identical to the Series 9. However, if you would like some guidance with your brushing and don't want to be slaved to the app, then the new base station is exactly what you have been waiting for. Additionally, as mentioned above, the otherwise silly clock display is a useful night light.

Excellent product!It is very expensive, however it is worth to inverse these kind money for the quality of it and the beautiful job it is doing.In my opinion, it is worth to invest these kind of money for the long run .
I'm converted to electric now
I never liked a single electric toothbrush. My husband has always had one and I couldn't stand the sound or the feel of it and how it would leave my hand vibrating long after I brushed my teeth. I also hate brushing my teeth so I always dread it and sometimes skip it. This toothbrush makes my teeth feel so clean, like after a cleaning. And the vibration isn't too strong to bother my hand and sound isn't too loud either. It has many modes, so I'd suggest the extra sensitive first. The app also tracks your brushing so it motivates me to stay consistent. If you don't want to use the app, the stand it comes with that also shows the clock, will show you the parts of your mouth that you've cleaned and how long you cleaned for. I'll never go back to manual!
Great product but with a minor default.
I've been using the Oral-B iO Series 10 for a while now and overall, it's a fantastic addition to my oral care routine which seemed questionable because I had teeth hurting me even if I brushed my teeth, and now nothing my doulourous teeth doesn't hurt anymore. The various features it offers truly enhance the brushing experience personally I used the normal brushing mode, the whitening mode the tongue cleaning mode and sometimes the gums mode.The color options for differentiating toothbrushes are a thoughtful touch to personalize it or for those with multiple people with the same toothbrush or for those that could look similar.The real standout features for me are the pressure sensor and the ability to track brushing history. The sensor notifies me when I'm brushing too hard or not enough, promoting better oral health habits, spoiler I apparently brushed my teeth wrong this whole time I were applying WAY too much pressure when brushing.However, there is a slight issue – the toothbrush sometimes struggles to accurately determine its location in my mouth. Occasionally, it registers the wrong side, like brushing the left when I'm actually on the right side. Despite this minor problem, it doesn't significantly hinder the overall effectiveness and it's still very impressive since it's about 90-95% accurate.The brush come with 4 brush head and all the things in the box come inside a travel case which is perfect for me since each time I was moving my toothbrush in a Ziploc and everytime I would come back home my toothbrush always had a terrific smell due to humidity. The seven cleaning modes provide flexibility to cater to individual preferences (in the app you can organize the order in which those mode will show up so you don't have to go through all of them to get to a specific mode and you also have the possibility to remove the mode you don't count on using)In summary, the Oral-B iO Series 10 is an amazing electric toothbrush with advanced features that genuinely improve oral care. The minor issue with location accuracy is a small trade-off for the overall benefits it brings to my dental hygiene routine. I highly recommend it to everyone who want to improve theirs dental care routine.
