I’ve been taking magnesium since covid started with family in and out of hospital I started having anxiety and couldn’t sleep. A friend recommended taking calm powder, that really helped me so much to Stay calm. Then I started reading more about magnesium and the wonderful benefits I looked for a supplement in pill form. It was hit or miss for different brands. I finally found this one. I think we are on our third bottle. I sleep so much better and helps with being anxious. I tell people it’s my best friend. Especially being in perimenopause.It works great. Now even my husband takes magnesium he likes the calm powder better. In the end the benefits are there definitely helps with sleep.
