Works plugged in, works without a plug (battery), has a remote that charges by attaching on the back with magnets, the remote controls multiple lights (I have 2 of these), they are insanely configurable with RGB colors, and 0-100% brightness, they have a super sturdy stand, etc.. There are even more features that photographers could probably make use of, but that's really all I use. The remote is not super intuitive, but I don't really know what I would change because there are so many features it has. Just reading the manual and practicing a bit, and it's fine.

The Raleno RGB-S116 has effectively put my palm-sized lights out of work, and I'm ok with it.What I Like- Solid construction. The body of the light is entirely plastic, but it's as nice as plastic can be. The lens is plastic, too, but it has no flex whatsoever, so there's no need to "baby it."- Detachable remote. I often leave the remote attached to the light during use, but it's nice that I can remove it when I need to -- it's always paired when I remove it and works reliably 100% of the time.- Great runtime. I get two hours of battery life at 70% brightness, which is enough for most of my uses (of course, it will run indefinitely when plugged in).- It holds its charge over time. I always charge my lights after use and may go a couple of weeks or longer without using them again. While some of my other lights slowly discharge without being used, the Raleno stays fully charged until I need it.- Not too hot. I have another (albeit much brighter) light that comes with burn warnings; the comparatively-tame Raleno gets a little warm during extended use, but it's never approached what I'd consider "hot."- The telescoping stand and weighted base are metal. No flimsy stuff here.- The light and accessories are packaged very well (see pictures). It's almost guaranteed that your order will arrive in pristine condition despite the perils of shipping.What I Don't Like- A storage case would have been nice. Yup. That's all I have to complain about.If you're looking for a light in the ~8" (diagonal) size range, the ease-of-use and reliable performance I've gotten out of the Raleno RGB-S116 make it easy to recommend.

In as few words as possible, this a great video light. Its 15W output can be set anywhere from 0 to 100% intensity. It claims to use “side-emitting” diodes, an expression I don’t completely understand, but I sure like the results: a flat white, evenly illuminated panel that doesn’t blind you. Color temperature ranges from 25002K to 8500K, again fully user selectable using CCT or HSI. There are six preset special effects (lightning; police light; bad bulb; “candel”; TV; and color cycle) which don’t interest me and weren’t tested. All adjustments are made from an easy to use remote with a clearly visible screen. The remote can control 24 channels divided into three groups. A heavy base and vertical standard, which extends to 27.5 inches, are included along with a ball head and cold shoe. There is a ¼-20 tripod socket on the bottom of the light. The light contains a 4,000 mAh battery which is estimated to power the light at maximum brightness for about 85 minutes. The battery is charged via a Type-C adapter (included) that can charge the battery while the light is in use. Frankly, this impresses me as one of the best video lights I’ve seen. It’s a bit on the pricey side for a hobbyist user, but costs far less than “professional” video lights. Use one as a key light with less expensive units for fill or spring for two or three Raleno S-116 units for a complete outfit suitable for lighting a single individual. Whichever way you go, this video light is a worthy investment.Jerry

Out of the box this gives you everything you need. A remote control that is stored on the body, which is fantastic. I hate having to keep track of all my dozens of little remotes and label them to what they go to. As soon as you get them mixed up on the shoot you may never figure out what is which anymore.The light is fantastic with a built-in battery that gives you a little bit over an hours worth of light at full power. You can also power it via USB-C so the dual power option is nice.The build quality is typical of Raleno lights which means it is excellent. The white light has a very high color accuracy index and of course this is a full RGB range to give you any number of lighting effects you may require. It’s still a little bit small to be a key light but it can do in a pinch but it is a phenomenal accent or Phil white.This is the one of my favorite small panel whites. It’s a little heavy to use on camera because of the built-in battery but I have to say it will work in a pinch on your hot shoe. It’s fantastic to use off access on a camera rig.The controls are simple and intuitive so I am quite happy to recommend this excellently built light.

Das RALENO RGB Key Light kommt in einer extrem gut durchdachten und wiederverwendbaren Verpackung mit Stativstandfuß, Monostativ, Kugelstativkopf, ¼ Cold Shoe Mount + Adapter, Fernbedienung, Netzteil, Anleitung und Kurzanleitung.Das RALENO Key Light und alle enthaltenen Teile sind exzellent verarbeitet und hochwertig. Allein die Verpackung begeistert bereits. Sie ist so stabil und gut unterteilt, dass man nach dem Gebrauch alles schnell und vor allem sicher wieder verpacken kann.Der Standfuß für das Monostativ ist massiv und hält das Key Light sicher ohne dass dieses leicht umkippen könnte. Der Kugelstativkopf ist prima und hält die Leuchte sicher und stabil in allen Positionen. Mit dem enthaltenen Cold Shoe Mount kann man das Licht auch auf einer Kamera verwenden.Alles kommt mit Standard ¼ Schrauben und Gewinden und ermöglicht so auch die Nutzung mit und auf anderem Equipment.Die Fernbedienung mit Akku ist magnetisch und direkt in das Licht einklemmbar zur Verwahrung und Aufladung. Mit der Fernbedienung lässt sich das RALENO Key Light dank Jog Dial, vier Face Buttons und dem gut ablesbaren / beleuchteten Display kinderleicht und exakt ansteuern.Wenn man es auf die Spitze treiben will, könnte man bis zu 40 dieser Lichter am Stück, oder in bis zu drei Gruppen unterteilt, mit nur einer einzigen Fernbedienung ansteuern.Im Betrieb kann man zwischen drei Hauptmodi des Lichtes wählen.Im CCT Modus hat man ein Weißlicht mit korrelierter Farbtemperatur zwischen 2500K-8500K einstellbar in 100 Kelvin Schritten und einer Intensität zwischen 1% und 100% mit bis zu 750 Lux max. Output.Im HSI-RGB-Modus lässt sich auf einer Farbskala von 360° ein weiter Raum an Farben wählen und in Helligkeit sowie Farbsättigung individuell auch von 1% - 100% einstellen.Im Scene Modus stehen sechs verschiedene Effektlichter zur Verfügung. Amerikanisches Polizeiwarnlicht, Blitzgewitter, TV Hintergrund, Kaputte Birne, Kerzenlicht, und ein automatisches durchlaufen aller Farben. Der Szene Modus enttäuscht leider, denn hier lässt sich nur die Helligkeit verstellen. Gäbe es hier eine Möglichkeit irgendwie eigene Effekte einzuprogrammieren, wäre das für mich das i-Tüpfelchen auf einem fast perfekten Produkt. So kann man es nur als nett gemeintes Gimmick werten.Das alles bietet das RALENO RGB Key Light dank des eingebauten 4000mAh Akkus für knapp eine Stunde bei voller Intensität auch Unterwegs. Danach ist es in knapp über 2 Stunden Ladezeit wieder voll. Natürlich lässt sich das Licht auch im Netzbetrieb betreiben. Der integrierte USB-C Anschluss erlaubt es dabei jedes Netzteil zu benutzen das 5V und 3A ausspuckt.Ich bin der Meinung das RALENO mit seinem RGB Key Light ein fantastisches und qualitativ hochwertiges Paket geschnürt hat, samt professionellen Spezifikationen die auch tatsächlich geliefert werden!Außerdem eignet es sich für so viele Anwendungsgebiete, dass der Preis sich schnell wieder relativiert.Von Streaming über Videografie und Fotografie, bis hin zum Einsatz als Dekolicht welches selbst RGB Eckleuchten in Sachen Farbraum und Farbintensität in den Schatten stellt, ist es perfekt für das Repertoire eines jeden ambitionierten Hobby Enthusiasten geeignet.Mich hat es jedenfalls so sehr überzeugt, dass ich mir eines selber kaufen werde.DICKE 5 STERNE VON MIR!

The quality of the RGB streaming light from Raleno is excellent all the parts are made from very good materials.I have to say I am very impressed with this light it has far exceeded my exceptions at this great price.Very bright light and has a very good range of 2500k to 8500k, the RGB colours that comes out of this light are bright and vibrant which is exactly what you want from a light, this should cover all your needs.Has an inbuilt battery that lasts for about 85 minutes but depends on the power level you have it at, this is not a huge amount of time but still long enough for most needs and the fact that it even has a battery is a huge bonus for me. You can still use the light while it is charging and if you attach the remote control to the light it will charge this also at the same time which is a nice touch.The remote control is good quality, this is where my only grumble is and where I feel it slightly lets down the whole package, the buttons are responsive as you would want from a remote control BUT the dial/wheel is poor quality I don’t like the feel and a few times I am sure I was turning it and nothing seemed to happen but this this has only happened two or three times the rest of the time it is just as responsive as the buttons. Another nice touch with the remote control is it can be charged separately of the main light it has a USB-C connection on the bottom.The light can be mounted to the stand, the base of the stand has a good weight to it so it won’t tip over easily, the light also comes with a micro bracket which you can attach the light to so this can be used on the go and also has an adapter so can be mounted to a tripod these are all very nice touches.Overall I am very happy with this light and I would definitely recommend it.
Optimale Remote-RGB-Leuchte für Streams.
Da ich in meinen Livestreams recht häufig RGB-Farben einsetze, war ich auf der Suche nach einer Videoleuchte, mit ausreichend Leuchtkraft. Ich bin dabei auf das RGB-Licht von RALENO gestoßen.Geliefert wurde mir das Licht in einem sehr gut gepolsterten Karton. Neben der Leuchte lagen im Lieferumfang noch ein Stativ mit Teleskopstange, eine Fernbedienung, ein Ladekabel, ein Blitzschuhadapter, ein Kugelkopf und ein Manual bei.Was mir an der Leuchte sehr gut gefällt, ist die gute Verarbeitung. Ich habe in den letzten 15 Jahren ca. 50 verschiedene Leuchten im Einsatz gehabt. Diese hier gehört definitiv zu den besser verarbeiteten Modellen, zumal der integrierte Akku die Leuchte auch sehr vielseitig einsetzbar macht. Gerade die Größe eignet sich auch für kleine Abschnitte im Außenbereich.Sehr gut auch die Leuchtkraft. Ich benutze meist tiefblaues Licht, um Schatten aktiv einzusetzen. Die Einstellungen auf die jeweilig gewünschte Farbe und die Helligkeit geht hier schnell von der Hand und kann auch live, während des Streams "mal eben" vorgenommen werden. Finde ich außerordentlich gut. Zudem ist hierzu die Fernbedienung Gold wert. Wenn diese nicht gebraucht wird, kann man die Fernbedienung auf der Rückseite der Leuchte einklicken. Der integrierte Akku der Leuchte lädt das Element. Keine neue, aber eine super Idee.Das mitgelieferte Stativ und die Adapter sind sehr gut, habe ich allerdings nicht oft im Einsatz, da ich bei der Leuchte eigene Montageelemente verwende, um den richtigen Winkel einstellen zu können. Zwar geht das mit dem Stativ 1:1 genauso, jedoch verbraucht es bei mir zu viel Platz. (Ich nutze stattdessen eine Magnethalterung - nicht im Lieferumfang) Einfach machbar, da die Leuchte mit einem 1/4"-Gewinde ausgestattet ist und somit praktisch auf 99,9% der erhältlichen Stative und Halterungen kompatibel ist. Top!Alles in allem kann ich das Set absolut empfehlen. Der Preis ist hier, meiner Meinung nach, gerechtfertigt. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und die Leistung entspricht auch der Größe der Leuchte. Negativpunkte kann ich hier ehrlich gesagt nicht feststellen. Die Leuchte reagiert verhältnismäßig schnell und mit ein Bisschen Übung kann die Leuchte auch blind bedient werden. So verbleibe ich hier mit 5 Sternen und hoffe, dass ich mit meiner Rezension weiterhelfen kann.
