5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent quality and performs as expected.
The product arrived on time. The quality is excellent and I do not see a difference in the performance versus the TRX brand for the price you’re paying for this it is well worth it. The photo is our makeshift until we find a place to mount a bolt. But this works just as well. I highly recommend this product.
4.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!
Just be careful not to put it on the wrong side of the door. I thought perhaps putting it closer to the hinges would help, plus my doors are pretty sturdy. That was a mistake, I ended up on my back with a broken door. Unfortunately, none of my doors in my place really work for this set up.. However, still a great product
5.0 out of 5 stars Well made.
We picked this training kit up to use during work breaks since we're at the computer too much. Kit assembly is simple, just follow the diagram. The door anchor works fine, but you have to be aware of it when you're going in/out of the door so I attached a D-ring to a stud in the workshop loft. The kit is well made, the sewing on the straps is tight and strong. The handles are nice and chunky and comfortable to grip. The clips are strong and have retainers so they don't accidently come off. It feels plenty strong to support the rated 500 lbs. It comes with a pamphlet that explains assembly and has a list of exercises you can do with it. It's easy to make up more or find them online if you want. The set comes in a well made mesh bag to keep it all together. We're just leaving it hung on the wall, so the bag is hanging next to it. We're both getting used to using it, but have found exercises that work for us and are comfortable enough to do that we feel like we can do them on a regular basis. Pop-up computer calendar reminders help!
3.0 out of 5 stars Health
They only thing I didn’t like about this product and it makes it almost impossible to do a lot of positions in it , is the fact that you can adjust the straps very much. Just a short distance. I would research more on the next set I purchase this part
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Bodyweight Resistance Strap Set for the Price
This kit has everything you need for bodyweight resistance strap training. The straps are strong with good stitching. All the carabiners and attach loops are robust. The handles are nice and beefy with just the right amount of cushion for a secure, comfortable grip. It includes a door anchor plus a long strap with carabiner and multiple attach points so you can anchor the trainer to a tree limb, exposed joist, pull-up bar, etc. The quality of this seems to be on par with the expensive, name brand straps at the gym.
2.0 out of 5 stars Straps slip
I tried using this product a couple of times. Both times, the straps consistently slip. I don't think this product is safe. If the buckles that hold the straps in place were better quality, this would be a great product.
5.0 out of 5 stars Complete workout in a bag
This is a nice system, actually. In essence, it's two long straps that you can either use for your arms or your legs. You secure one end over a door (or other horizontal element, such as a bar or even a tree limb.) The other end splits into a "Y" who gives you the two straps to hold. The straps are heavy-duty (I think nylon) and it says they are rated to 500 pounds. I only weigh 140, but since these didn't even blink at my weight, I don't doubt that they will stand up to 500 pounds. You can do a variety of exercises with these, based on how you place your body weight and whether you put your hands or feet in the straps. One nice point is that you can actually vary the amount of weight you are exercising with. For example, you can go and do pushups on the ground. That is a fixed angle and a fixed amount of weight. OR, with this system, you can do a pushup motion in the air, pushing off of the straps. If you move close to the door, you will be doing about the same as a regular pushup. But if you move away from the door, you'll be doing an easier motion at an angle instead of straight up and down. It also gives you more range of motion as you can dip down with your face lower than your hands - something not possible if you're doing pushups off the floor. One consideration is that you will need a door and some space to use these straps. Plan on having about 8 feet clear, inside the door, so you have enough space to move around in. If you put the door anchor nearer the hinge side, the door will hold up better. Or if you position yourself opposite the direction the door opens, then your pressure will be distributed all along the door frame. Either way, it should work for all but a very flimsy door. The strap quality is really good, and assembly is minimal. I like that you can basically fit the whole thing into a small bag, and yet have a whole workout setup readily available. It's smart and it works great!
FANTASTIC
Word so well, love this item and is excellent materials.
Really well made
I'm very happy with this product. The straps and buckles are very durable, and there's lots of option for length. Once unpacked, I'm not sure how we're going to get it back into the carry bag, but hopefully we're using it too frequently to require the bag! :-)
Game changer
Je l'utilise au gym et a la maison. C'est vraiment fantastique. Livré comme décrit, facile a installer. Matériaux de qualité.
Great customer service.
There was a minor issue with a functional piece of the unit. I contacted the seller and they quickly rectify the issue.
