This is a game changer for me. I never been able to use sugar substitutes because of the weird taste and bitter aftertaste. I tried this and was pleasantly surprised. I can’t taste the difference, my daughter made me a cup of come and I had to ask her whether she’d remembered to use Swerve instead of sugar. She had. I’m going to bake with it and will update my review.

It's not as sweet as regular sugar so I need more than a teaspoon to sweeten my coffee. But it dissolves nicely and has no aftertaste. I haven't tried it yet for baking

I really like this. It is 70% as sweet as sugar and works great in coffee. It is still not allowed in Europe, so moderation would be a good idea as with any sweetener. You will need a heaping teaspoon to get your coffee as sweet as with sugar.
