I really enjoy these vitamins in terms of what they include and my perceived effect of them. However, the individual pills are pretty large and hard for me to swallow, and you need to take 3 for one serving. By the time I’m on the 3rd one I’m gagging too much to get it down. So, great concept, but I will look for a different option next time only because of the size. If that doesn’t bother you then I think these are great!
