These little paper thin rectangles have just a little crunch, a little salt, and a little oil to prevent them from being dry. They make a very nice low calorie treat.

The quality is inconsistent, I bought two big boxes and two bags inside are not crispy and taste bad. But overall still good value and good batches taste great.

I’ve bought these in the slim packages as well as the avocado oil in the larger packages and they’re always mostly stale ( not all the packages but a good number of them ). Horrible to bite into and rancid oil is toxic.
