I got this more for the letters than the belt itself - I'll be using the letters on my kids' belts to let them spell things.The letters have a nice solidity to them without being too heavy, and look very nice. Some of the letters had somewhat sharp corners due to the font, but there were no rough edges to the metal. Each letter comes covered in a plastic film, so they arrived scratch free. The letters don't seem uniform in their width scaling. For example, I would have expected the Z and E to be equal width, but the Z is a bit wider. Most people probably won't notice this though. It would have been nice to include a few extra of the most common letters, but this is inexpensive enough you could get two if you need that.The belt provided is a little over an inch wide. I think you could use these letters with anything up to 1 1/8 inch wide. The opening in the letters is fairly narrow, a webbing belt or thin leather belt works fine, but I couldn't put the letters on a thick leather or woven cotton belt.The included belt is pretty thin and I doubt it's leather. It's got a bit of an odor to it, but that's fading after a couple days of being out of the packaging. The back of the letters are as smooth as the front, but as I mentioned, some of the corners can be a little sharp. If you're wearing this on your neck, how comfortable it is will depend on where the letters end up. The belt comes folded in thirds and mine had a bit of a crease in it. The crease was all on the inside of the belt though, very little showed up on the visible side.Overall, I think the letters are a great idea and a fun way to customize an outfit to your current mood.

Cute concept, but okay execution. The materials aren't the best, but expected given the price. I wish there would've been more letters. Having only one set of some letters makes to difficult to spell out names or words with multiples of the same letter. In the end, it's still cute, still receives a lot of compliments. I'll probably just end up ordering additional letters to meet my spelling needs.

The media could not be loaded. Originally purchased this as a costume piece planning on wearing it for only a few hours for a few days. I loved the idea of being able to change the text on the necklace and planned to wear it sparingly. This was the only necklace that I found that made customization easy. Still, comfort and style were important beyond whatever text I put on.The Good :The letters are VERY easy to change out.The letters are individually wrapped, so they are very shiny when you open them. Which is awesome.The overall fit was very good as far as making it adjustable around my neck.The Bad:The first problem was comfort, it was not comfortable. It’s very thick - which looks awesome, but I had to keep my neck extended or it rubbed against me very uncomfortably. So - very uncomfortable.It comes folded, I weighted it down but still the kinks in the ‘leather’ stayed with wrinkles…which was not great and honestly gave it corners when I wore it.I would not recommend this piece, and I don’t plan on buying it again. While the letters and very shiny and nice. It’s too uncomfortable and wrinkled to wear for any length of time.

This worked well for making our own custom message in the style of a certain movie. Looks great and it was fun to wear and to style out on the night for reactions of others with a certain cosplay style.Love the look -Good versatilityComfortable to wear for hours.

I like the idea of customization, I’m just not crazy about the product itself. This type of checker is a look, a look that isn’t for everyday. I guess it’s just not my style. Maybe a bracelet would be better? Or a necklace?I also don’t like having to purchase a whole other set just because my name happens to have 2 B’s in it. I got around it by reversing a ‘P’ and making it a lower case ‘b’ it looked like this: “ B A R b I E” which wasnt so bad.As far as the quality, it’s not bad. It’s obvi not real leather but nothing is real leather anymore it seems..Comfort is ok. It’s a chocker, so it’s meant to be fitted which has an inherent level of discomfort.

So, when I first opened the package and realized I only got one of each letter I was a little bummed, but that is was just because I wasn't being openminded enough, turns out you can spell a bunch of things without duplicating letters. Then I was happy because it is cute, sexy, (no duplicate letters) and sassy (can't do that one). It is really easy to swap out the message. I like how the collar fits and feels, it is smooth but not too soft. It has a little firmness, that I kind of dig. I also found letters that fits for sale on Bolo as well and I can't wait to broaden my vocabulary. It is also fun to put stuff on there so people know if I want to be social or not (I usually do).

The creases in this collar are so bad. And it is PU leather. Not real (I figured that when I ordered this through Vine).I own a lot of collars. I like this was customizable with letters. Typically I wear a lot of black and silver.If I could return this item, I most certainly would, but Vine reviewers cannot return things. The collar itself is so badly damaged, idk if the creases will ever come out. I already tried using my iron on the lowest setting (with the collar between a towel, don’t use an iron directly on this).The asking price is outrageously high at $24.99, even with the 26 letters (those are individually wrapped, so they aren’t scratched). You only get one of each letter.Now I will have to look for matching letters so I can actually make a word I want, if the ceases actually come out. I don’t expect they will.
