The transmisioon quality of image and sound are clear and fluently. It's performance is good, data is stored in the TF card that save my money from monthly subscription, no extra fees will be charged. I can view the events on the monitor or cell phone. When somebody approach my door or press the doorbell, both the monitor and my cell phone will receive the notification, so that I can know who is coming to my house no matter I am at home or not, and I can remote unlock the door, quite convenient for my family. This video door phone is really wireless, the indoor and outdoor device can be used immediately after opening the package, keeps me from complex installation. One point I like most is the monitor, touch screen design is vey useful and friendly for users. Great value for money！

I have had this product for about a week now. And as I viewed in my research before buying the doorbell camera/monitor, the installation of the product was so easy a five-year-old can get the product to work. I am totally amazed with the ability of the doorbell camera to automatically communicate with the 10-inch monitor, instantly detect movement at your door and send you an alert and display the event on your screen, the battery life of the wireless doorbell camera, how easily it records each event and lets you view it, and you do not have to connect it to WiFi in order for it to work, etc. To me, it is worth $1000.00, but I am glad that the provider sells it for way less than it is worth. Yes, yes, yes: I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Worked fine for a month, then the camera stopped calling for some reason. I looked up online instructions to perform a factory reset to re-pair the camera. When pressing the 'pair' button 3 times, I kept hearing no beeps, in the youtube videos on pairing, my unit would not beep regardless of the number of times pressed. Upon opening it up to look at it, I noticed the board with the reset button was out of alignment. upon further investigation, I found that the pins weren't even attached to the other board and it was held on by a single screw. Super shoddy design.

The outdoor unit is actually attractive, and the monitor is excellent. No complicated installation required, really friendly for people who is lazy. It has many useful features that can be controled both on monitor and cell phone. Unlike the wired video door phone, if someone ring your bell, you can pick up the monitor or cell phone to see, to talk with visitor, set you free from walking to the mounted monitor which is near the door, due to it is really wireless.Image quality is bravo, whether or not there's enough light outside your home. I compared several wireless video door phone, this one is includes memory card, so I don't have to pay for a extra card to store events. Great value for money.

Bought this to provide front door security for my elderly mother in law. I installed it last week and it truly is a plug and play network product. Just power it on and it works. Wow. I believe this is the perfect security camera system for someone who rents and not allowed to drill holes, run cables, add power outlets or use a WiFi. The AceBell outside doorway camera runs off a rechargeable battery and provides color video, motion detection, and two way audio. The 7 inch indoor color display does require an electrical power source but provides a clear bright image with audio and records who is at the door. The system has its own WiFi so it does not require use of the home or business WiFi. A bonus of this is you don't get the very annoying advertisements on the indoor camera display all day long that other products get that are connected to the home WiFi/Internet . One thing not in the instruction booklet is you need to charge the camera battery before using the camera. Overall, one of the best home security products for the money.

After a couple of months, the speaker for the intercom stopped working. When they press the doorbell, no sound is coming out from it anymore. Upon carry by a electronic repair shop, they check and determine the speaker is faulty . I sent an message to the supplier here and they are shipping a new one for free. I must commend the seller for this . Thanks for understanding.

Got the one with the Tuya app. Followed the enclosed instructions and, frustratingly, after an hour or bit more, could not get it to work. I’d press the video doorbell, no response from video monitor nor cellphone. Did research and read to do factory reset, but manual stated to contact tech/customer support 1st before doing this. So, wrote the email. Got a reply the same day, at night (I think the tech is in China). He walked me thru (& sent video) of how to factory reset & I would have to pair doorbell to monitor. Did it. Now no cellphone response. Sent another email. Got a reply within 20 mins, with plenty of screenshots on removing device & adding the device/doorbell to my cellphone app. Now it all works! The technician’s name is Sam… very professional & courteous! So… to end… the product works as intended, with customer support being totally AWESOME. The minor complaint I have, the video doorbell camera takes a bit long to connect/stream the video image to my cellphone. Thank you again Sam!

I'm satisfied with this doorbell system. Easy to install which is wireless, actually no installation at all just stick the doorbell on door. It works great after connecting to my phone. I can check outside on phone anytime and have a fluent conversation with visitors. The wireless touch screen can be placed anywhere in house so no ring call will be missed, and the workmanship of it is fine. Convenient for daily life. Image quality is bravo, even at night.
Ideal product for home security
This system is really awesome! I was looking for a video intercom for my house that wouldn't be too complicated. The biggest advantage of the whole system compared with others is that it is quick to install. Connected it to my phone with Tuyasmart app, so when I'm gone it can let me know if something is happening and I can watch it on phone. What impress me most is that it has a wireless touch screen monitor for putting in home which is like a tablet. The doorbell camera has a great picture and great field of view. The quality is fair as per the price.
Perfect doorbell camera and touch screen system
The media could not be loaded. It works well enough that cut me away from Monthly Subscription and extra dollars. Connected to my phone and I can see who is at my door from anywhere and anytime. And I can unlock my door on my phone or monitor. I think its APP is better than TUYA in user experience. Image and sound quality is clear and fluently. I've compared a lot of video door phones, this one is true wireless, easy to use, keeps me from complicated installation, and the touch screen monitor works like tablet. Highly recommend.
No wiring required
Fantastic device, great camera, great screen. Easy set up apart from when it wants you to reset your device when downloading the App. No need to do this part, skip it and make sure the screen is connected to your wifi. So easy. 5 minute set up.

This is an excellent product !!!! Works better than described. I am very, very, happy. I did have a question about the doorbell, I communicated with Sam at customer service, the response was very quick, and answered my question perfectly . This is a wonderful company to deal with.
