    UPDATE:I must say, I was surprised that the seller reached out to be sure that the issue I had with the first clock was resolved. The company offered to send me another to rectify the problem. I received a new clock within a few days! The representative was very friendly and helpful. I could tell that they genuinely wanted me to be satisfied.This is an example of excellent customer service.I recommend purchasing from them. At least they want their customers to be satisfied!Below is my original post.The clock itself is very pretty, but I bought it for time, which it does not keep correctly! I purchased it in January of this year and I should not have to adjust the time two months later.I always set my clocks two minutes fast, so I’m thinking I’m two minutes ahead. I noticed that my iPhone time was two minutes faster than the clock and so is every other clock in the house, meaning that somehow it managed fall behind two minutes. The digital clock that it replaced lasted over twenty years. ( and the only reason it stopped was because of a power surge, due to work being done on our home) Everything seems to be poorly made now-a-days, but costs more!

    It’s crazy that this clock is exactly the picture, I thought maybe it was exaggerating but it’s not. It looks so modern and sheik. It’s big and the brightness can be changed!! There’s different usb cords which is nice if you want to plug in more!
