I’ve never used numbing cream until getting this stomach piece and I was blown away by how well it worked! Other than feeling a couple pricks after my artist worked on the same spot for a while, it was basically completely numb the entire time. Even with the rare pricks it was not painful at all. The tattoo only took a couple of hours, but my stomach was still numb a few hours after the tattoo! The bottle is small but I had plenty to over saturate my whole torso and still have plenty left in the bottle if I wanted to use it again. I wrapped myself in the cream for about an hour. It smells really nice, and did exactly as advertised. Easiest tattoo to date even in a rough spot, Impressive product!

This stuff worked great for me! I got the start of my chest tattoo done the other day and was able to sit through it with relative ease thanks to this stuff!How i applied: i applied a generous amount to the area and then saranwrapped it, leaving it on for about an hour and 45 minutes, I cleaned off the excess about 30 mins before my appointment started.DISCLAIMER - i used a second numbing product WITH this, I used a spray numbing to re-apply numbing 2 1/2 hours into the session and then as needed from there. This helped me significantly as the cream numbing stuff is a bit oily and not great for reapplying mid session. But the combo of the two helped me so much, the only painful spots that the numbing couldn't really help was my sternum or the very center of my chest.10/10 would recommend just be sure and use a generous amount and saranwrap it for at LEAST an hour.Warning: my friends with sensory issues, this product is very minty in scent initially, though when I applied saranwarp I couldn't really smell it anymore.ALSO definitely do a patch test first!! Make sure you don't have a big reaction, a numbing brand i used many years ago caused my skin to raise, like I had been scratched but the entire area, making it difficult to tattoo, this brand did not do that for me but everyone's bodies are different.Happy tattooing!

I was a little scared because of the reviews however this stuff works really good. I left it on for about roughly 2 hours before my session and let me tell you the first 2 hours I didn’t feel a thing. I thought it was starting to wear off after that because I could feel the needle however after my tattoo was done i realized my arm is still completely numb lol. Not sure if it’s just because of how many times she went over it and that pain broke through the numbness but everywhere else on my arm I applied that cream is still numb and it’s going on 8 hours lol. This stuff really works you’ll just still feel it a bit after awhile just not as bad as it would feel without this cream. Will definitely be using again with my next tattoo.

I've got quite a bit of work and never used any creams before. I'm in the process of making a big jungle book piece on my back and for some reason, my right side I can typically blow through with no issues but for some reason my left side is always more painful. I got the line work done and that took 2 hours, and he started to shade and I had to tap I was just actually shaking. And I was so mad at myself bc normally I mean I can sit.. my last was almost 5 hours and didn't take a single break. So this snake kicked my ass for some reason. Knowing how hard it was I went back prepared. I only got to leave the cream on for about 30-40 minutes at most, for the first hour I'd get the occasional poke or scratch but there was a lot of it I could tell the needle was there but zero pain at all. When he started to really get into the shading after about 2 hours the last 30 mins or so I was hurting. It was expected though because my pieces are so intricate and detailed and theu require a lot of shading, luckily my artist never makes me feel like a lil punk if I have to stop because he can tell about 30 minutes before me that my body is getting to that point and I'm starting to reject ink, but this time - I came prepared to get it done. Lol.I go back in 5 weeks to fill in all the surrounding areas and you better believe I'll be covered in this cream and probably for atleast a full hour prior.I didnt shave the area or anything like others said. I could see the benefit I guess but it wasn't necessary, and quite frankly I was going for the tattoo after work and yeah I showered before work and my work isn't strenuous but I wasn't prepared like I'd planned.I literally took a baby wipe, wiped my back down, slathered as much as I could on in the most awkward manner, and stuck a grocery bag to it and drove to my appointment with my shirt half on half off to keep the cream on as long as possible. 😂😂😂 it worked though.It doesn't work for everyone, some people are immune to the effects of lidocaine. I'm not one of them, and i promise you it was worth my money. I wasn't trying to spend a lot on something I was unsure of, but now, ima gonna stock up bc I still have quite a few sessions to go before it'll be finished In December but yeah, BUY IT!!You won't regret it and if you find out your one of the very few who can't use lidocaine -- one, im sorry, but two- they'll reimburse you. Sold company!

I tried this product because my tattoo artist was doing a marathon session on my leg. She wasn't going to be back in the country for another year, so I wanted it done that day. I left the numbing cream on for about an hour and a half, covered up with plastic wrap. It worked great for the first 4 hours, but started wearing off on the 5th hour. The session lasted 7 hours, so I had to tough it out for the last bit. I would recomend the product because it did numb my leg for a good while

I used this for the first time recently to get the top of my hand done. I was getting a forearm piece down to the hand, but I ONLY used this cream on the top of my hand. I did not feel a thing! This cream made it absolutely painless. I've never used numbing cream before, but given the top of the hand can be a pretty spicy spot I got it. I will be using it again for my appt on the 8th to get my other hand done. DEFINITELY recommend! Put on a good thick layer and wrap it up with cling wrap for atleast 1hr prior to your appointment. It lasted me for several hours!
