Tried Wild Bill's at GenCon 2 years ago & we are hooked. The cream sodas are smooth & tasty. The 'beers' (root, birch & Sasparilla) are complex and hold their own poured over ice in a tall mug. Black cherry is my favorite, Fruity, sweet and just the right amount of carbonation. Would like it better if I could rotate my subscription flavours. But I will suffer ;)

Vanilla Cream tastes great, better than any cream soda I've had.Sarsaparilla is new to me and tasted excellent.Birch Beer is good, but without more carbonation it's just not great.Ginger Ale was sweet with less bite, which I attribute to a lack of carbonation.In general all of them were a bit flat. Pouring it into a glass you get the lightest fizz. If you use it as a mixer it'll not hold up at all even if it is a very light pour. Given this and the amount of sugar I probably wouldn't buy it again. If it checked the other boxes then I'd buy it on occasion for sure.

I had Wild Bill’s soda for the first time at the local county fair. I loved the taste of the birch beer and all of the rest of them, so I knew that I had to find more. While it might be a bit pricey, it’s definitely worth it to me. It’s high quality, smooth, sweet soda that feels like it came out of a cowboy movie.

I'm not big on the taste of artificial sweetner or diet soda. I ordered a case of them, which was very pricey, just to try all of their flavors. There are 44g of added sugars - I never would have purchased them to begin with, had I known. Also, they are not carbonated nearly enough. I'm going to give them away as I just can't make myself like them no matter how much I try. To give them a fair shot, I tried multiple flavors and they all have that unwelcoming diet soda aftertaste that lingers long after I've poured them down the drain. This was the first time I have never bought drinks online without trying them first, but they had great reviews. This was a very expensive lesson. Sorry, Wild Bills, they just do not fit my bill.
