Just what I needed to seal mobile home cracks in roof paint around vents and seams. Nice to see this product get sucked into the cracks. Apply numerous coats until the seam takes not more. Quick easy fix. Clean area with alcohol before spraying for good adhesion

Made a mess of my downspouts and did not seal most of what I needed. Waste of money!UPDATE: Since my review, the seller has made it as right as they can and backed their product and completely refunded my money and tried to help me to get the drop marks off. I have to say 100% customer service and standing behind their product satisfaction!

When you spray this it creates long airy strings of material that fly around. It’s almost like cotton candy, flailing around and applying itself to other areas you didn’t intend for. Yes, some of the material does go where you spray it, however a lot of it will end up like floating cobwebs, especially if there is any wind to help transport it. Where these flying strings land land, nobody knows - you just have to take a risk to find out. If it wasn’t for this frustrating problem this would be a 4.5 star rating. The other .5 loss comes from the fact that it is too runny.The Flex Seal that comes in the sealed can is a similar consistency (runny) however it is better and also withstands more of a temperature range.

The home we purchased has skylight that began to leak. We used the Flex seal max to seal around the edges of the skylight. Using the spray type made applying the seal made it much easier to use than trying to apply with a paint brush. We live in FL and this is our hurricane season. It's been several weeks since applying the Flex seal max, and we have experienced no more leaks. This easy to use produce saved us a lot of money because we were able to apply it ourselves, rather than having to hire someone.
