Take these & your nails will strengthen and grow. I had weak nails from all the hand washing of dishes that I do. These vitamins helped to make my nails stronger & they are growing again. Winter is horrible on hands and I’ll continue using these vitamins in winter to help my poor nails to stay stronger during that time of year.
