Iโm 53 years old and in good health. The supplements that I choose are mainly the ones that my body canโt produce well anymore because of my age. I was using Testosterone Booster supplements for several years and never noticed any difference. I tried taking a break for several months before trying again (to see if there was any change) and I didnโt notice anything. When I started on this supplement I wasnโt sure of the effectiveness as well, but after a few weeks in (on 3 pills a day) I was amazed. I never had my testosterone levels tested so I donโt know if they were low. I suppose that they were normal for my age as I wasnโt experiencing any drastic decline in my overall state. That being said, there has been an increase in my overall energy levels. I feel sudden improvements to my mood and sleep, as well as physical and sexual energy have occurred.I do realize that since I may not have been suffering from low testosterone initially, these effects could be more pronounced. I do, however, enjoy the extra boost that this supplement has provided.Not every supplement will work for every person. Some may not experience the benefits I experienced. Some people are not able to quantify the results of supplements in general and are inclined to say nothing works. Keep in mind that your size and weight will affect the amount of any supplements you take. Try to make the adjustments for your specific needs. You also should be aware that this may not help that much of you suffer from chronic issues that require medical attention. If you are getting older like me, and are looking to boost your testosterone levels, you might have found a hidden gem in this supplement. Is it the Fountain of Youth? No, but it has helped me regain some of that youthful vitality. It has me sleeping better, and my libido has been through the roof. Iโm not saying that I feel 20 years old again, but I am redefining my limitations and pushing my midlife blues further away!

Like many of you, I found out about the Tongkat/Fadogia stack from Dr. Huberman on Joe Roganโs podcast. After diving into the science a little more, I was convinced it was a good product that has actual scientific studies and clinical trials to back it up. After looking through all of the Tongkat ali with Fadogia Agrestis supplements on Bolo I decided this one has the most comprehensive and potent formula. The concentration of Eurycomanone is the most important factor with Tongkat Ali and this product is one of the only ones I could find that has 10% whereas most products are around 1-2%. The only other one with 10% costs like $50 and it doesnโt have Fadogia so I went with this one. The only thing Iโm not sure about is that Dr. Huberman recommended 400mg Tongkat and 600mg Fadogia, and this has 1000mg Tongkat with 600mg Fadogia, so Iโm not sure how the 600mg more Tongat will a ect me. However, I found out the max dosage for Tongkat Ali is actually quite high at 30,000mg per day. So I donโt think thereโs anything negative with this having 1000mg. But Iโm a pretty big guy at 230lbs and 6โ4 so I almost always need double the amount or more than most people do for it to actually work for me. Iโve been taking this for about 2 weeks and so far Iโm thoroughly impressed. I feel a nice boost of energy and drive and quite a bit more strength and endurance. Something I didnโt expect is Iโm sleeping so much better than usual, which Iโm pretty sure is a sign of healthier testosterone levels. So all in all Itโs definitely working well enough for me to keep taking it for the foreseeable future. Iโll likely sign up for their subscribe and save so I can get the 10% o all my future orders. I definitely recommend this product if youโre considering getting on Tongkat Ali to help with testosterone, energy, and sexual enhancement. I think for the price itโs an incredible deal. Iโd also say itโs worth trying out even if youโre already taking a Tongkat product just on the fact alone that it has the optimal concentration of Eurycomanone.

My husband has been talking this before he trains and its help build up muscle in his shoulders. He really like these because it helps him focus on doing the lift the right way. These capsuls are very easy to swallow. Overall it's a great product for the money.
