The media could not be loaded. I had an expensive gaming chair for a handful of years and I never really liked it. They are “supposed” to be more comfortable as they’re made to be occupied for long durations, but I feel like I will disagree with anyone who argues that’s truthful. I work from home and work 10 ish hour days on average and basically live in my chair. I also have a terrible back and neck and struggle to be comfortable in literally any seat. I’ve only had this one for a few days but man is it a world of difference from my last.The seat padding is so welcoming from what I lacked in my last chair. The seat is also pretty wide which I appreciate because I tend to sit cross legged or perched like a bird sometimes, and small seats or fixed armrests just don’t accommodate (hence I love that the armrests lift up on this chair). It’s high back but not super high, which I like. I’m 5’4, 135lbs for reference. Someone taller would likely not have the same head/neck support that I do, but should still be quite comfy in it. My husband is 6’ and finds it very comfortable as well.The wheels are a fantastic feature because they roll effortlessly. I suspect even with carpeted floors they would do well. Only downside is I’ve stood up to adjust my clothes and go to sit back down only to find my chair has made its way across my room and I almost ate it on the floor instead. Clearly that’s a me thing though and I just have to be conscientious about it.Overall it was easy to put together, feels well made and durable, and most of all it’s honestly comfortable. I’m happy with the purchase, and wish I would have pulled the plug earlier. I only hope that it lasts, but time will tell.

I am very happy with this purchase. The components were very well packaged with enough bubble-wrap to keep a 6-year-old amused for a month. The box the chair came in was packaged very nicely and there was no damage through shipping. It came with an instruction pamphlet which was concise and easy to follow. The hardware package listed each size bolt in its own partition and even came with its own tool to assemble the chair (no need for additional assembly tools). Each fastener, in the kit, had lock-tite applied to the threads and all of the parts lined up perfectly during assembly. Complete assembly took approximately 15-20 minutes with little effort. The quality of the finish was extremely nice, and the leather is so soft. My reason for buying this chair was due to the wheels, which are polyurethane (similar to in-line skate wheels) which are amazing. My office space has hardwood floors, and the chair moves effortlessly in any direction. In fact, the wheels are so smooth, I found myself moving back away from my desk, as I leaned forward, without meaning to. If you want an awesome and comfortable chair for your home office, If I were you, I would not look any further than this offering. *Sidenote* My cat who is very attuned to any changes in her environment, was wary of the new chair, but when I stood up to exit the room, she jumped up onto the seat and laid down and was very content with it. Bottom line, this was a great purchase.

After extensive research and comparison, I selected this office chair as the optimal choice within my budget. It stands out for its comfort and robust lumbar support. While the armrests are fixed, they can be conveniently flipped up when not in use. The casters glide smoothly, although they tend to roll independently without firm footing on the ground.My primary concern is the chair’s propensity to tilt forward. Despite its ability to recline, it lacks a mechanism to lock in my preferred angle, a feature not addressed in the assembly instructions. Nonetheless, the chair was a breeze to put together, with all necessary tools provided.Aesthetically, the chair has a sleek design, and the upright backrest, although non-adjustable, maintains a proper posture. Despite the forward tilt, the chair’s value justifies its cost. With only a month of use, its durability remains to be seen, but so far, it has been a satisfactory purchase.

Very solid and comfortable chair without breaking the bank. The rollerblade wheels work OUTSTANDINGLY, but bare feet can get pinched between the wheel and the wheel frame. Manufacturer sent me a set of conventional casters, but I miss the smooth action of the rollerblade style wheels. Working on my own modification to be able to eliminate the pinching so I can switch back. Fingers crossed. Overall, super good chair and I'm glad I picked this one.

Hi - This chair is comfortable and easy to assemble but after 5 months the wheels started falling apart and the bearings started coming out onto the floor. I am hoping that the manufacturer finds a different company to purchase the wheels from so others do not have the same issue.
