The media could not be loaded. Only have had for about 9-10 months. The seller is not able to be contacted & now not able to control anything on the radio. Ac is on & cant be turned off music will no longer work what so ever and so on. Therefore I have to go buy a whole other system & still pay to install all over again. This inconvenience is not okay. If the seller were able to give another with warranty that would be a different story.

Its great dont get me wrong but the only issue i had was the sound was horrible just like a $50 radio the screen in very interactive easy to set up had some issues with the instructions not clear at all . But i was like a kid soo excited just when i turned on the radio i disnt even get to finish the installation .I would need to spend more money on an Amp just to address that issue and god knows what else . Just not for me

Worst seller ever!!! Contacted customer service about rear seat entertainment not working he replied stating their working on it but never gave any resolution terrible customer service I’d never recommend them to anyone problem still isn’t fixed I want my money back

Lost all drive mode settings and my speakers except for the front right would only come on half the time. Contacted seller he replied twice with fix attempts then stopped communicating. Finally took it out and it sets in my closet.
