Overall, pleased. The big set-back was one of the front, shorter pegs that holds a boot would not attach. I took it to a hardware store; they observed faulty threading that cannot be repaired. If all pegs worked, I'd have given it 5 stars. Otherwise, it is sturdy, looks good and works well. Hopefully, your unit has all working parts. I'd like the company to send a replacement peg of the shorter, front row type. Thank you.

I was searching for a solution for shoes and boots to avoid having soggy/muddy boots and shoes swimming in gunk in my hallway. I placed a shoe tray below this and it was a perfect solution this winter. Boots and shoes dripped on the tray but didn't swim in the gunk. Our boots and shoes were ready to wear and the hallway isn't messy and gunky! Great value too! It's really sturdy, simple to assemble and I'm leaving it up all year. It also forces us to only keep the 'in rotation' shoes out as there is a finite amount of shoe holders in the rack!

This seemed perfect for my needs. The first one I ordered had a broken screw - it looked like someone had tried to screw it into the leg of the rack and pulled off part of the leg. Hard to described. Returned it in exchange for a new one. New rack didn't come with any hardware at all - no screws or anything. Bad quality control.

I wanted something for our muck boots to hang on outside instead of brining them in the house and this is perfect! It is durable to hold several pairs of boots and flip flops can side in under the boots on the bottom. Perfect for my porch to organize our shoes.

This is a sturdy product and probably works great for some folks. I don’t like the ball tops vs something shaped to hold the boot in place. Also the front row is shorter than the back row, which is exactly what it shows in the picture, but I didn’t realize it would only fit short boots.

Easy to assemble and works but it definitely wobbles and does not sit evenly on the floor. You get what pay for in this case.
