Good quality supplement for the price. KSM is the best form of Ashwagandha if you want the most effective form. Make sure you take occasional breaks from it so you don't get any negative effects like amotivation, anhedonia, or lethargy.

i used to smoke weed at night to help me relax and go to sleep but after some time, it affected my rem sleep and i would get up in the middle of the night and my sleep was constantly disturbed. it almost gave me anxiety on how i would go to sleep at night if i wasn’t able to sleep throughout the night. once i decided to take a break and consume ashwagandha at night with a gaba supplement, it made such a difference. i sleep like a baby at night with 7-8 hours of sleep and my rem sleep is back on track!!!

I’ve been taking this supplement for several months as it was advised for me for relaxation. It usually takes me about 30 to 45 minutes to feel the effects. Between this and a calming tea each evening, I do get to sleep faster.I take one capsule, twice a day as recommended. It’s a 30 day supply of done this way.I would recommend this product as it works for me.

Because I use so many supplements to manage stress and lack of focus, I cannot say ashwagandha has been 100% responsible for the positive changes I'm seeing in my health. It's probably a combination of things. That said, I have been using components of ayurvedic medicine (which pre-dates Western medicine by centuries) including ashwagandha, for years. Wholesome Story caught my attention because it uses KSM-66 Ashwagandha. This is a branded, full-spectrum extract, claiming the highest concentration of root only extracts. KSM-66 is something people considering taking ashwagandha should look for when choosing a product because it can provide higher potency.That being the case, I cannot stress enough that if you are incorporating supplements or other natural elements into your health regime, you need to do your own research and partner with a health practitioner before beginning your regime. Since ashwagandha has been used since ancient times as a medicine claiming to strengthen and support the nervous system, there ARE multiple clinical studies. Look up these studies online to see what they say about this substance before you try it.Ashwagandha is an adaptogen traditionally used to improve focus, concentration and memory. It is also said to aid sleep and relaxation and reduce everyday stress. Many ashwagandha users also claim improved immune systems and increased libido and better hormonal balance.As I said, it's difficult to know exactly which extracts I am using are effecting the changes I am seeing, such as increased calm under pressure, better focus and sleep, and decreased anxiety. However, I am sure that ashwagandha plays a role.Product arrived sealed and well-labeled with suggested dosage clearly indicated.

Ashwagandha for many years has been used as supplement to assist with memory and concentration as well as helping to sleep better at night. Whereas "traditional" ingredients are a large point of contention for many health professionals, according to the descriptions this would be the best possible form of it if the effects are proven. It uses KSM-66, which is supposed to be highest in concentration for the highest efficacy - the supposed high bioavailability.The sticker itself looks really good in a supplement storage cabinet and its slick, I have to admit. The sticker is attractive and comes stating the ingredients as well as origin (which they should get a lot more spceficic with) and some recommendations. The capsules themselves are nothing spectacular - they are almost exactly what you would expect.

I won't discuss the efficacy of these Ashwagandha capsules or their potential benefits. But I can speak to the ingredients, their sourcing, and the transparency of the label.If you are considering adding Ashwagandha to your nutritional regimen, or already take it, then you know your reasons. What I like about this product is that only the main ingredient, the root extract, is used and ia provided in vegan capsule form, which I prefer to the all-too-prevalent gummies. Ugh.The label on the bottle indicates that the company, Wholesome Story, is based in Seattle, and that the ingredients are "blended in the US." I would have liked to know the origin of the ingredients but this information is not provided. In addition, the label states that they are "manufactured for Wholesome Story." Note that it does not say "manufactured by" which is something I look for if I am not familiar with the company. There is no indication of who actually makes the Ashwagandha capsules.For anything we ingest for our health or well-being we want to trust the company. I think Wholesome Story could tell us more about its own story to earn that trust. And as with anything we add to our diet, it is important to consult with our health care provider before taking these capsules.
