I love this watch!!! It has everything I need in a smart watch at a great price! This watch and the accompanying app are very easy to understand and use. The quality of the watch is exceptional. The band is comfortable and durable. I especially love how the band tail tucks in the inside of the band, instead of hanging on the outside where it catches everything. It tracks my steps, workouts, sleep, heartrate and I can receive or make calls and see notifications from email and texts. I'm thrilled with my purchase!

Excellent watch for time, sleep, health data and exercise. However, after swimming @ 30 times, the display looked liked this. I am reordering due to the cost, excellent performance ,except for swimming which I will now avoid in the future.Just received the replacement. Eliminated App, then reinstalled, connected watch with smartwatch, setup works fine, charged to 99%, time and health data works great. Nice watch, this one will stay out of water, except showersI just upgraded my comments to 5 stars. The company evidently read my review and will refund the entire cost of the first watch. The replacement works great-sleep data, exercise data in addition to normal time, pulse stress and Facebook alerts. Great watch, great price. I love itThis final comment regarding this watch and the company: The company evidently read my comments and refunded the full amount pf the original watch within 3 days. Terrific service and a very pleasant surprise. The second watch continues to perflorm as advertised and i wholeheartedly endorse this company for their servive. Also, I love the watch.

The IDW13 Fitpolo smartwatch is a great watch for the price.Pros: It has most of the same functionalities as the more expensive smartwatches, but it also includes Alexa. This is an awesome feature if you have Alexa devices in your home or just like the Alexa AI. I have used this watch for a while now, everyday, and the battery life is fantastic! There is no need to charge it everyday or even every other day. With smartwatches, true accuracy is always questionable. But, the consistency of the various readings is very good on this one, so you should be able to rely on what it says, within reason. The size of the watch, the text/font of the notifications, and the watch faces are all done well and well thought out. There are also plenty of great watch faces to choose from, though if you're looking for something really specific you may need to compromise a little. This watch also allows you to answer phone calls on the watch itself, through the use of a mic and speaker, as well as dial and call numbers. Seems to be fairly durable as well. However, know what the waterproof rating actually means and don't assume it means you can swim in the ocean with it, you should not.Cons: Though the watch faces are great, the weather logo/symbol doesn't change. It always will read as "partly cloudy" or whatever it initially shows on the watch face. (This is not an error/ bug, but a missed opportunity. The primary function of the "weather" on the FitPolo watch faces are to show the temperature, not the weather) But, please note that there is an entire "tile" that gives you the weather and it will show the correct information, including the weather conditions, on that tile. The VeryFit app is the app FitPolo uses to connect this watch via Bluetooth to your phone. This app must stay open on your phone or you will likely lose the connection. I have also found, through trial and error, that both leaving Spotify running and also using bluetooth earbuds seem to disconnect the watch from the phone. This may not happen on all phones, so for context, I use a Samsung A42 (android phone). These disconnects can become fairly annoying, but this sort of thing tends to happen with cheaper smartwatches. Also, most functionalities will continue to work if the watch gets disconnected from the phone. However, Alexa, the ability to log your fitness/health stuff on the app, and updates to the weather will not work until you reconnect within the app. You cannot reply to messages/texts through the watch, you can only read them.Overall, this smartwatch is well worth the price! It is so much cheaper than the big brands, like Samsung or Apple and offers very similar features and functions. The only major downside is when it disconnects. The Alexa feature works just as you'd expect, too. So, I would recommend this smartwatch to anyone who wants one but can't afford or doesn't want to splurge a ton of money on one.

durable silicone strap. Great for tracking all my health data. You can also make and receive phone calls and get your sms text messages and email. works fantastic with my iPhone 14 perfect size.. almost never loses Bluetooth connection with my iPhone 14, it does work with Android but I bought it for my iPhone 14. It was easy to set up. I can be a good ways away from it and it’ll still be connected to my phone. If you’re looking for a smartwatch, but can’t spend the money on an expensive Galaxy or iWatch. Took me a little while to figure out how to use it because I put a protective screen on it and the bubbles were preventing it from working have not been able to find a protective case that covers it or that actually stays on without bubbles, but this watch is perfect for me! fits my wrist beautifully. I don’t have to make it real tight and the watch strap is not always getting caught on something. 1.8 screenHas the same function as a galaxy where it pumps the water out of the phone if you accidentally get any water in the smartwatch! Cannot stress enough how much I love this smartwatch!!!! Fitpolo IDW13

I ordered this product on Prime Day.I had been wanting a Fitbit, since I had one previously for a few years, then got an Oura Ring.While I love the Oura Ring, there is a $5.99 fee each month just to be able to access the steps walked.And to see steps walked, you have to go to the Oura app and sync.I decided to research Fitbits and other options when I came across the Fitpolo.I figured I'd try it.For $35 (may be a bit more now), it "fits" the bill.There are about 100 different faces available, some at a cost, some free.And I can see my steps, get texts, check my beats per minute, calories burned, etc.Pretty cool!I think it's worth a try.I don't know how this product compares to an Apple Watch or new Fitbit, but it suits my needs.

A definite upgrade from my last watch!
My last watch went wrong after just a couple of weeks so I decided to try this one. It is so much better from the outset and well worth the price. I love the look of it and the watch face size is perfect. There are also so many more helpful tracking features available than any of the other watches I've seen available. Definitely recommend!

Muy buen smartwatch. Tiene diversas funciones, mide los pasos, distancia recorrida, mide el sueño, presión, si lo vinculas con la aplicación en el móvil llegan los mensajes de WhatsApp, llamadas de teléfono etc. Su pantalla es grande por lo que se ve muy bien, es muy cómodo y la batería dura más de una semana. Lo compré para un regalo por la relación calidad precio y estoy bastante satisfecha, tanto por el reloj como por la velocidad del envío. Lo recomiendo.
